| | THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, |
| | PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(B) OF THE ZONING AND LAND |
| | DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE |
| | SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE |
| | REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. A VISUAL |
| | REVIEW OF THE SITE SHOWS THAT IT DOES NOT CONFORM TO |
| | ARTICLE XIV, SO PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS |
| | PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION |
| | PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE |
| | SITE INTO CONFORMITY WITH ARTICLE XIV. |

| | 2) PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE |
| | YEAR OLD, OF THE PARCEL. THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING |
| | DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE PROPERTY LINE SHOWN ON THE |
| | PROPERTY APPRAISER'S WEBSITE. IT APPEARS THAT SOME OF |
| | THE CONSTRUCTION IS TAKING PLACE ON THE NEIGHBORING |
| | PROPERTY. |

| | NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT DOES NOT PERMIT |

| | PORTION OF STORAGE WITHIN THE BUILDING. |
