 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($50,000) EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($42,253) WHEN THE PERMIT WAS
 SUBMITTED IN 2015 (2017 VALUE IS $48,925) ACCORDING TO
 THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE,
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(B) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. A VISUAL
 REVIEW OF THE SITE SHOWS THAT IT DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, SO PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY WITH ARTICLE XIV.
  
 2) PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE
 YEAR OLD, OF THE PARCEL. THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING
 DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE PROPERTY LINE SHOWN ON THE
 PROPERTY APPRAISER'S WEBSITE. IT APPEARS THAT SOME OF
 THE CONSTRUCTION IS TAKING PLACE ON THE NEIGHBORING
 PROPERTY.
  
 3) WHAT IS THE PROPOSED USE OF THE BUILDING? THE
 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT DOES NOT PERMIT
 STORAGE USES, YET THE PLAN CALLS FOR A SIGNIFICANT
 PORTION OF STORAGE WITHIN THE BUILDING.
  
 4) IT APPEARS THAT THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE ON THE SITE WITH THE ENCLOSURE OF THE OUTDOOR
 AREA ON THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE BUILDING. PLEASE
 PROVIDE INFORMATION AS TO THE ADDITIONAL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE. ADDITIONAL PARKING MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 5) THE PARKING LOT WILL NEED TO BE STRIPED TO MEET CITY
 STANDARDS (REQUIRES SEPARATE STRIPING PERMIT) PRIOR TO
 THE FINAL C.O. FOR THE RENOVATED SPACE.
