 1- ALL PLANS NEED TO HAVE THE ORIGINAL SEAL AND
 SIGNATURE OF THE PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECT OR PROFESSIONAL
 ENGINEER SHOWN ON PLANS AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 481 F.S.
 OR CHAPTER 471 F.S. RESPECTIVELY WHEN SUBMITTING
 DOCUMENTS FOR PUBLIC RECORDS.
 NOTE: BASED ON PLANS SUBMITTED, IT LOOKS LIKE THERE IS
 AN ARCHITECT AND AN ENGINEER WORKING IN THIS PROJECT.

 BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". REVISE AS
 REQUIRED INFORMATION IN PLANS AND REQUIRED AND REVISE
 THE DOORS AND WINDOWS DESIGN PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY.
  
 5- SITE PLAN SUBMITTED SHOWS "EXISTING COTTAGE TO
 REMAIN N.I.C.". ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS THIS
 STRUCTURE WAS APPROVED AS A COTTAGE WITH GARAGE.
 PROPOSED ELEVATIONS SUBMITTED DON'T MATCH COTTAGE FLOOR
 PLAN. PROVIDE COMPLETE COTTAGE FLOOR PLAN WITH THE

 AND RESCUE OPENING. WHERE BASEMENTS CONTAIN ONE OR MORE
 SLEEPING ROOMS, AN EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENING
 SHALL BE REQUIRED IN EACH SLEEPING ROOM. EMERGENCY
 ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS SHALL OPEN DIRECTLY INTO A

 EVERY SEPARATE BUILDING OR AN ADDITION TO AN EXISTING
 BUILDING FOR WHICH A PERMIT FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION IS
 ISSUED AND HAVING A FOSSIL-FUEL-BURNING HEATER OR
 APPLIANCE, A FIREPLACE, AN ATTACHED GARAGE, OR OTHER
 FEATURE, FIXTURE, OR ELEMENT THAT EMITS CARBON MONOXIDE
 AS BYPRODUCT OF COMBUSTION SHALL HAVE AN OPERATIONAL
 CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM INSTALLED WITHIN 10 FEET OF EACH
 ROOM USED FOR SLEEPING PURPOSES.
  
 11- BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. UPON APPROVAL,
 ONE SET OF PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED OUT AND SUBMITTED TO
 PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR AN IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS
 WITH THE IMPACT FEE STAMP AND A COPY OF THE PAID
 RECEIPT MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CITY BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT BEFORE THE BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.

 SPACE BY VENTILATING OPENINGS PROTECTED AGAINST THE
 ENTRANCE OF RAIN OR SNOW. VENTILATION OPENINGS SHALL
 HAVE A LEAST DIMENSION OF 1/16 INCH (1.6 MM) MINIMUM
 AND 1/4 INCH (6.4 MM) MAXIMUM. VENTILATION OPENINGS
 HAVING A LEAST DIMENSION LARGER THAN 1/4 INCH (6.4 MM)
 SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH CORROSION-RESISTANT WIRE CLOTH
 SCREENING, HARDWARE CLOTH OR SIMILAR MATERIAL WITH
 OPENINGS HAVING A LEAST DIMENSION OF 1/16 INCH (1.6 MM)
 MINIMUM AND 1/4 INCH (6.4 MM) MAXIMUM. OPENINGS IN ROOF
 FRAMING MEMBERS SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 SECTION R802.7. REQUIRED VENTILATION OPENINGS SHALL
 OPEN DIRECTLY TO THE OUTSIDE AIR.
  
 13- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
