 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THIS PERMIT IS FOR A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION TRAILER.
 THE CITY NEEDS A BETTER DEFINITION OF THE USE FOR THIS
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILER. IS THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILER GOING
 TO BE USED FOR ONSITE PERSONNEL ONLY OR WILL THERE BE
 MEETINGS WITH OFFSITE VENDORS, ARCHITECT AND OR
 ENGINEERS THAT WOULD REQUIRE ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS,
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING, ACCESSIBLE LANDINGS, RAMPS, STAIRS,
 HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS?
  
 2017 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2017 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 102.2 BUILDING. (E) MOBILE OR MODULAR
 STRUCTURES USED AS TEMPORARY OFFICES, EXCEPT THAT THE
 PROVISIONS OF PART V (SECTION 553.501-553.513, FLORIDA
 STATUTES) RELATING TO ACCESSIBILITY BY PERSONS WITH
 DISABILITIES, AND PERMITS SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR
 STRUCTURAL SUPPORT AND TIE DOWN, ELECTRICAL SUPPLY, AND
 ALL UTILITY CONNECTIONS TO SUCH MOBILE OR MODULAR
 STRUCTURES.
 2A) BOTH THE CIVIL SHEET C1 AND THE SOUTHEAST MODULAR
 MANUFACTURING PLANS 1-8 BOTH HAVE BEEN SHRUNK TO LESS
 THAN A 1/8 INCH SCALE, AND WILL NOT BE LEGIBLE AFTER
 SCANNING. THE PLANS DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE 2017 FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE W 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE. THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL
 POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
 IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION
 PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM
 SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED
 TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT. ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE
 COMPATIBLE WITH THE ARCHIVE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA
 STATUTES.
 2B) PLEASE NOTE THE SUBMITTED BOUNDARY & TOPOGRAPHIC
 SURVEY DOES NOT SHOW THERE ARE 2 AREAS WITHIN THE LOT
 LINE THAT ARE IN AN AE FLOOD ZONE.
 ARTICLE XVII ORDINANCES ARTICLE XVII FLOOD PREVENTION &
 CONTROL. FBC BUILDING 1612 AND CITY OF WPB CODE OF
 SECTION 94-546. STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "A" FLOOD
 ZONE. A FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED.
 PLEASE REVIEW CITY ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY REQUIREMENTS
 AFTER OCT. 11/ 2017 TWO FOOT OF FREE BOARD WILL BE
 REQUIRED ABOVE BASE FLOOD.
 DURING THE PERMITTING OF THIS STRUCTURE THERE WILL BE
 REQUIRED (3) DIFFERENT FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATES
 REQUIRED:
 2B)(1) A FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED AS PART OF
 THE PLAN REVIEW DOCUMENTS WITH THE PROPOSED FINISH
 FLOOR HEIGHT. W. P. B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 107.3.5.1.1
 BUILDING MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR COMMERCIAL
 BUILDINGS. ( 8) FLOOD REQUIREMENTS ELEVATIONS,
 ENCLOSURES, FLOOD DAMAGE-RESISTANT MATERIALS.
 2B)(2) ONCE THE FIRST FLOOR SLAB IS POURED THE 2ND
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED. W. P. B.
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 110.3 REQUIRED INSPECTIONS 1.2
 FLOOR/ SLAB INSPECTION. IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, UPON
 PLACEMENT OF THE LOWEST FLOOR, INCLUDING BASEMENT, AND
 PRIOR TO FURTHER VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION, THE ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATION, REQUIRED IN SECTION 1612.5, SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 2B)(3) BEFORE THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY OR A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION THE 3RD FLOOD
 ZONE CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED WITH THE HEIGHT OF ALL
 EXTERIOR ATTENDANTS A/C PADS OR OTHER SLABS FOR
 GENERATORS.
 W. P. B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 110.3 REQUIRED INSPECTIONS
 (6) FINAL INSPECTION. TO BE MADE AFTER THE BUILDING IS
 COMPLETED AND READY FOR OCCUPANCY. 6.1. LOWEST FLOOR
 ELEVATION. IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, AS PART OF THE FINAL
 INSPECTION, A FINAL CERTIFICATION OF THE LOWEST FLOOR
 ELEVATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE AUTHORITY HAVING
 JURISDICTION.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE THE SOUTHEAST MODULAR MANUFACTURING
 THIRD PARTY STATE APPROVED PLAN ON SHEET 1 OF 8 THE
 SITE INSTALLED NOTE # 1 STATES A COMPLETE FOUNDATION
 SUPPORT AND TIE DOWN SYSTEM IS REQUIRED, THIS IS NOT
 PART OF THE STATE APPROVED PLAN. NOTE ON SHEET 1 OF 8
 FOUNDATION NOTE STATES THE FOUNDATION PLANS IS NOT
 INCLUDED UNDER THE STATE REVIEW. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
 2017 FBC-B 1604.8.1 ANCHORAGE OF THE ROOF TO WALLS AND
 COLUMNS, AND OF WALLS AND COLUMNS TO FOUNDATIONS, SHALL
 BE PROVIDED TO RESIST THE UPLIFT AND SLIDING FORCES
 THAT RESULT FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PRESCRIBED
 LOADS.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
