 MANUAL IN 2006
  
 1) YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REMOVE 1 SINK BASE TO
 INSTALL A DOUBLE VANITY AND COMPLY WITH THE REQUIRED
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR A SIDE APPROACH OF 30" X 48". THE
 SINK MUST REMAIN CENTERED AT A MIN 24".(FHA DESIGN
 MANUAL 7.48). IT ALSO DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FBC P
 405.3.1 AS YOUR SHOWING THE CENTER OF SINK @ 12" WHEN
 15" IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN THE MIN CODE.
  
 2) THE COUNTER TOP HEIGHT IS NOT EXISTING AS EXISTING
 AND FHA DESIGN MANUAL IS MAX 34" TO TOP OF RIM. ( FHA
 DESIGN MANUAL 7.52)
