 FORM NEEDS TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE ARCHITECT OF
 RECORD ALSO AS REQUIRED BY SEC. C103.1.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION. NOTE: ENVELOPE INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS AND PLANS DON'T MATCH. SEE TYPE OF
 WALLS FRAMING, CEILING INFORMATION INCLUDING
 INSULATION, ETC. CLEARLY ARCHITECT AND MECHANICAL
 ENGINEER TO COORDINATE INFORMATION TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS.

 BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES, REQUIRED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY, SHALL BE PAID.
 UPON FINAL APPROVAL OF PLANS, ONE SET OF PLANS SHALL BE
 SIGNED OUT AND SUBMITTED TO PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR AN
 IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH THE IMPACT FEE STAMP
 AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT MUST BE RETURNED TO THE
 CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THE BUILDING PERMIT CAN
 BE ISSUED. FOR INFORMATION CALL PALM BEACH COUNTY

 NOTE: CALCULATED FIRE RESISTANCE SEC. 722 FBC MAY BE
 USED BASED ON THE MATERIALS USED.

 CONCRETE BLOCK DETAIL 1/A-3 ON SHEET A-2 IS FOR "NON
 RATED EXISTING MASONRY WALL". THE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 FROM BUSINESS TO FACTORY REQUIRES A 2 HOUR FIRE
 RESISTANCE RATING OF THE WALL. PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2 HR FIRE RATED ASSEMBLY. NOTES:
 (1)ASSEMBLY SHALL BE RATED FOR EXPOSURE TO FIRE FROM
