 DOCUMENTS, IF A LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINDS IT NECESSARY, IN
 ORDER TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE TIMES FOR FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY
 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL
 GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE, EACH TIME AFTER THE THIRD SUCH
 REVIEW THE PLANS ARE REJECTED FOR THAT CODE VIOLATION,

 SPECIFIED ON SHEET S-1 IS IN CORRECT. THERE IS NOT
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE VI. SEE SEC. 602 FBC-BUILDING AND
 REVISE AS REQUIRED. ALSO, CLEARLY SPECIFY IF SPECIFIED
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE IS A OR B. AND, SPECIFY IF THE
 BUILDING IS SPRINKLERED OR NOT.

 THE PREVIOUS OCCUPANCY ON RECORD IS FOR AUTO SALES AND
 SERVICE. THIS IS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. SHOW ON THE
 PLANS THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND USE. SEE ALSO
 FBC 302 AND 306.2.
  
 A) EXISTING BUILDING CODE 506.1 SCOPE.
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY PROVISIONS APPLY WHERE THE ACTIVITY
 IS CLASSIFIED AS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY AS DEFINED IN
 CHAPTER 2.
  
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY A CHANGE IN THE USE OF THE BUILDING
 OR A PORTION OF A BUILDING. A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY SHALL
 INCLUDE ANY CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION, ANY
 CHANGE FROM ONE GROUP TO ANOTHER GROUP WITHIN AN
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OR ANY CHANGE IN USE WITHIN A
 GROUP FOR A SPECIFIC OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.
  
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE 506.2 APPLICATION. CHANGES OF
 OCCUPANCY SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER
 10.
 THE PROVISIONS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, EXISTING
 BUILDING SHALL APPLY TO THE REPAIR, ALTERATION, CHANGE
 OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION AND RELOCATION OF EXISTING
 BUILDINGS.

 INFORMATION REGARDING THE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. NEED TO
 BE CLEAR ON THE PROPOSED USE. PLAN REVIEW CAN NOT BE
 PROPERLY PERFORMED IF THE PROPOSED USE IS NOT CLEARLY
 DEFINED. PLANS SHOW EVERYTHING AS EXISTING. THERE ARE
 NO CITY RECORDS REGARDING THE CHANGE OF USE. EVERYTHING
 NEEDS TO COMPLY FOR THE PROPOSED USE. PLANS NEED TO BE
 CLEAR ON THE PROPOSED USE AND NEED TO SHOW EVERYTHING

 VALUE WAS UPDATED TO $42,000 STILL TOO LOW. VALUE TO
 INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT (EVEN IF PLANS
 CALL FOR EXISTING EQUIPMENT. IT WAS NEVER PERMITTED),
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES.
  
 9. IMPACT FEES
  
 BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES, REQUIRED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY, SHALL BE PAID.
 UPON FINAL APPROVAL OF PLANS, ONE SET OF PLANS SHALL BE
 SIGNED OUT AND SUBMITTED TO PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR AN
 IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH THE IMPACT FEE STAMP
 AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT MUST BE RETURNED TO THE
 CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THE BUILDING PERMIT CAN
