 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017).
  
 1- PROVIDE COMPLETE PLANS SHOWING LOCATION OF THE
 POWDER BATH ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND COMPLETE PLANS
 SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE SECOND FLOOR BATHROOM TO BE
 RENOVATED AND ADDITION OF ONE FULL BATHROOM AS
 SPECIFIED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION. NOTE: CLEARLY
 IDENTIFY ALL ROOMS ADJACENT TO ALL BATHROOMS TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE MINIMUM ROOM DIMENSIONS. PROVIDE
 DEMOLITION PLAN SHOWING EXISTING CONDITIONS AND PLAN
 SHOWING PROPOSED CONDITIONS. SEC. 107.201 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
  
 FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 2- IT LOOKS LIKE THE LAVATORY ON THE EXISTING SECOND
 FLOOR BATHROOM MAY NOT COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM 21"
 CLEARANCE DIMENSION REQUIRED BY SEC. R307.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. REVISE AS REQUIRED AND SHOW DIMENSION
 ON PLAN.
  
 R307.1 SPACE REQUIRED.
 FIXTURES SHALL BE SPACED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FIGURE
 R307.1, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 SECTION P2705.1.
  
 3- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION LOOKS
 TOO LOW BASED ON ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
  
 ****PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO HELP EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
  
 ****PLEASE INSERT ANY REVISED DRAWING AND REMOVE OLD
 DRAWING. SUBMIT OLD DRAWINGS FOR REFERENCE OF ALREADY
 REVIEWED DRAWINGS. DON'T STAPLE OLD DRAWINGS TO PLANS.
