 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE

 1.) PROVIDE AN UPDATED, SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE
 PROPERTY.
  
 2.) ACCORDING TO THE SITE PLAN, THE CURB ALONG DIXIE
 HWY "TAPERS DOWN TO ELEVATION OF STREET." THIS DOES NOT
 SEEM TO BE TRUE WHEN VIEWED ON GOOGLE EARTH. PLEASE
 ADDRESS.
  
 3.) CONSIDER RECONFIGURING THE PARKING SPACES ALONG
 DIXIE HIGHWAY AS IT MAY INTERFERE WITH CURB CUT AND THE
 PALM TRAN STOP.
  
 4.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION FROM PERMITS
 TABULATED FOR THE YEAR EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S
 VALUE ($151,495) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
