 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) DISCREPANCY IN OCCUPANT LOAD. THE COVERSHEET STATES
 THERE IS 94 SEATING CAPACITY. SHEET 1.3A INDICATES A
 SEATING COUNT OF NON-FIXED SEATING 53 AND BENCH SEATING
 OF 22 TOTALING 75 SEATS. WHEN TAKING A COUNT OF ALL
 SEATING INCLUDING ACCESSIBLE SEATING THE COUNT IS 97
 SEATED OCCUPANTS. PLEASE ALSO SEE THE DISCREPANCY IN
 THE RETAIL CAF? TAKEN AT 30. UNDER THE 2017 FBC-B
 MERCANTILE 1ST FLOOR IS NOW TO BE TAKEN AT 60 SQ. FT./
 OCCUPANT (SEE 2017 FBC-B TABLE 1004.1.2.). THIS WILL
 DECREASE THE OCCUPANT LOAD. PLEASE PROVIDE A REVISED
 OCCUPANT LOAD COUNT ON THE COVERSHEET AS WELL AS ON
 SHEET 1.3A.
  
 2) THE COVERSHEET UNDER THE SCOPE OF WORK INDICATES
 WITH NOTE # 17 TO REMOVE A PAIR OF GLASS ALUMINUM DOORS
 AND REPLACE WITH A NEW SINGLE IMPACT UNIT TO WITHSTAND
 170 PSF. NOTE # 18 STATES TO BLOCK IN ? OF THE DOOR
 OPENING. SHEETS 1.1A, 1.21A NOR 1.3.A SHOW THE REMOVAL
 OF DOORS, NOR THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW SINGLE DOOR AND
 ? OF THE OLD OPENING BLOCKED IN. THERE IS NO DETAIL
 PROVIDING HOW THE NEW WALL SECTION WOULD BE ANCHORED
 INTO THE MWFRS (MAIN WIND FORCE RESISTING SYSTEM)
 CONTENTIOUS LOADING TO THE FOUNDATION. 107.2.1.3
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. FBC-B 1609.6.3/

 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 3.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3.1.

 3.3. WIND EXPOSURE. APPLICABLE WIND DIRECTION IF MORE

 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
 6) PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH ACCESSIBLE DINING
 TABLES;
 6)(A) 902.2 CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD
 APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 6)(B) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND
 WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 7) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. ONE SET OF
 PLANS WILL HAVE TO BE TAKEN (BY THE CONTRACTOR OR
 REPRESENTATIVE) TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 OFFICE LOCATED AT 2300 N. JOG RD. ROOMS 2W01-2W14 WEST
 PALM BEACH, FL. THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE
 STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL

 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
