 1) SUBMITTED FOR THIS REVIEW IS A FLORIDA APPROVAL FL
 14451-R3 FOR COLONIAL SHUTTERS. ALSO WITHIN THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL PACKAGE IS TECHNICAL SHEETS FOR A BAHAMA
 DECORATIVE SHUTTER BUT THERE IS NO FLORIDA APPROVAL
 COVERSHEET WITH THIS DOCUMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVERSHEET TO IDENTIFY THIS
 DOCUMENT. THE SUBMITTED PLAN SHEET L SC-1 SHOW WHERE
 THE SHUTTERS WILL BE INSTALLED ON THIS BUILDING.
 PLEASE IDENTIFY WHICH TYPE OF SHUTTER STYLE IS BEING
 INSTALLED IN WHICH LOCATION. IN MANY LOCATIONS THERE
 ARE 3 SHUTTERS BEING INSTALLED IN A ROW, WHICH WOULD
 MAKE ME BELIEVE THE BAHAMA SHUTTER, IS BEING INSTALLED
 WITH THIS TYPE OF APPLICATION. CENTER OF THE BUILDING
 ON THE REAR SIDE THERE IS A DOUBLE SHUTTER; THIS STILL
 COULD BE THE BAHAMA STYLE SHUTTER OR THE COLONIAL.
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. IN EITHER CASE
 CIRCLE THE APPLICATION TYPE, SIZE, AND PRESSURES
 ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION AND ANCHOR TYPE.
 107.2.1.3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) MARK WIENER THE ARCHITECT FOR THIS PROJECT HAS NOT
 REVIEWED THIS PRODUCT APPROVAL AND APPLIED THEIR SHOP
 DRAWING STAMP OF APPROVAL ON THIS DOCUMENT.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
 W. P. B. 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 3) SHEET I SC-1 INDICATES APPLYING NEW SCREENS ON THE
 EXTERIOR STAIRWELL WINDOWS AS WELL AS EITHER THE BAHAMA
 STYLE OR COLONIAL STYLE SHUTTERS. THE PLAN DOES NOT
 INDICATE THE SIZE OF THE FLAT STOCK MAKING UP THE
 SCREEN ENCLOSURE NOR IS THE AMOUNT OF OPENING THERE IN
 EITHER TYPE OF SHUTTER. PLEASE PROVIDE FOR EACH OPENING
 THE OPENING SIZE IN SQUARE FEET AT EACH LANDING AND THE
 AMOUNT OF REDUCTION THE SCREENING MATERIAL REDUCES THE
 OPENING. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH:
 2017 FBC-B SECTION 1027.3 OPEN SIDE. EXTERIOR EXIT
 STAIRWAYS AND RAMPS SERVING AS AN ELEMENT OF A REQUIRED
 MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL BE OPEN ON NOT LESS THAN ONE
 SIDE, EXCEPT FOR REQUIRED STRUCTURAL COLUMNS, BEAMS,
 HANDRAILS AND GUARDS. AN OPEN SIDE SHALL HAVE NOT LESS
 THAN 35 SQUARE FEET OF AGGREGATE OPEN AREA ADJACENT TO
 EACH FLOOR LEVEL AND THE LEVEL OF EACH INTERMEDIATE
 LANDING. THE REQUIRED OPEN AREA SHALL BE LOCATED NOT
 LESS THAN 42 INCHES ABOVE THE ADJACENT FLOOR OR LANDING
 LEVEL.
  
 4) THE VALUE OF THIS PERMIT IS $6,000.00 DOLLARS IN
 VALUE, THIS SEEMS EXTREMELY LOW. 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISHES,
 NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
