 1) PLEASE NOTE THE COVERSHEET A-1 INDICATES THIS IS A
 LEVEL III ALTERATION. THE LAST KNOWN USE
 (OCCUPANCY R-3) FOR THIS BUILDING WAS A PERMIT 9700268
 MISCELLANEOUS FLOOR REPAIRS AN OWNER/ BUILDER PERMIT.
 THIS MADE THE OCCUPANCY TYPE A R3 SINGLE FAMILY
 RESIDENCE. THE OWNER BROUGHT IN THEIR HOMESTEAD TAX
 EXEMPTION AS PART OF THEIR PROOF OF OWNERSHIP. IN 2014
 ANOTHER PERMIT WAS APPLIED FOR 14120093 TO CHANGE THE
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION FROM A R3 SINGLE FAMILY
 DWELLING TO AN R2 A 4 UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING. THIS
 PERMIT HAS NEVER BEEN ISSUED AND WAS REVOKED. 4/21/2017
 THE OWNER AND CONTRACTOR WERE ADVISED TO RE-APPLY FOR
 THE PERMIT THAT HAD NEVER BEEN ISSUED. REVOKED

 FIRE DOOR ASSEMBLIES AND SHUTTERS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN

 8E) THE COVERSHEET - A1 THE ENTRY DOOR INTO UNIT # 1 IS
 NOT A FIRE RATED DOOR. PLEASE NOTE THIS DOOR SHOULD NOT
 BE LOCATED IN THE STAIRWELL. THE ENTRY DOOR INTO UNIT #
 1 SHOULD BE ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. THE IDEA
 OF HAVING THE TENANT # 1 WITH THEIR DOOR IN THE
 VERTICAL EXIT, IF THE DOOR IS LEFT OPEN, OR BLOCKED AND

 PLANS WILL HAVE TO BE TAKEN (BY THE CONTRACTOR OR
 REPRESENTATIVE) TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 OFFICE LOCATED AT 2300 N. JOG RD. ROOMS 2W01-2W14 WEST
 PALM BEACH, FL. THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE
 STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
