 1. VALUE APPEARS LOW. THE ICC VALUATION DATA REV. 08/17
 STATES A UTILITY STRUCTURE TYPE IIB SHALL BE VALUED AT
 67.61 PER SQ. FT. PROPOSED STRUCTURE IS 648 SQ. FT.
 VALUE WILL BE ADJUSTED TO 43,811.28.
 2. NOTE: STORAGE SHEDS THAT ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR HUMAN
 HABITATION AND THAT HAVE A FLOOR AREA OF 720 SQUARE
 FEET (67 M2) OR LESS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH
 THE MANDATORY WINDBORNE DEBRIS IMPACT STANDARDS OF THIS
 CODE.
 CONTRACT REQUIRES IMPACT RATED DOORS. PRODUCT APPROVALS
 SUBMITTED FOR SWINGING DOOR AND OHD ARE FOR NON-IMPACT
 RATED ASSEMBLIES. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR IMPACT
 RATED DOORS.
 3. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR EXTERIOR CLADDING.
 4. PROVIDE ROOF FRAMING PLAN.
 5. REF. PG. 4 OF 4 OF THE SUBMITTED DESIGN. 18 GUAGE
 ROOF FURRING CHANNELS DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 THE 16 GUAGE SUPPORTS REQUIRED BY THE ROOF DECK PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
 6. REF. PG 4 OF 4 OF THE SUBMITTED DESIGN. THERE ARE
 MULTIPLE ARES REQUIRING WELDED CONNECTIONS. PROVIDE
 WELDER CERTIFICATION IN FIELD AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
 7. DESIGNER TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING ALL
 PRODUCT APPROVALS. PLEASE IDENTIFY WHICH MODEL OF DOOR
 IS TO BE INSTALLED.

 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS. IF, IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF
 BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED,
 QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS
 (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION
 OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK,
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION
 COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.),
 AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS.
 FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE ROOFING, SIDING AND DOOR
