 THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN PASSED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING
 PROVISOS:
  
 1. THE SALES OFFICE SHALL BE USED ONLY BY THE FIRMS AND
 THEIR AGENTS CONSTRUCTING OR MARKETING DWELLING UNITS
 WITHIN A DEVELOPMENT OR PROJECT.
  
 2. THE SALES OFFICE SHALL NOT BE USED FOR MORE THAN 18
 MONTHS FROM THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 FOR SUCH FACILITY AND SHALL BE REMOVED AT THE END OF
 THAT PERIOD. WITHIN 30 DAYS THE SITE SHALL BE BROUGHT
 TO GRADE, BE TILLED AND PLANTED WITH GROUND COVER TO
 INCLUDE SODDING OR SEEDING WHICH SHALL HAVE IRRIGATION.
 SAID GROUND COVER SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 3. TEMPORARY SALES OFFICES AND ASSOCIATED SIGNS AND
 PARKING FACILITIES SHALL NOT BE ILLUMINATED OR USED FOR
 ANY BUSINESS ACTIVITY LATER THAN 9:00 P.M.
  
 4. EACH SALES OFFICE/MODEL DWELLING SHALL HAVE A SIGN
 POSTED (MINIMUM OF 11IN X 17IN) THAT STATES THE
 FOLLOWING...
  
 "NOTICE TO PARENTS OF SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN"
 SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN MAY NOT BE ASSIGNED TO THE PUBLIC
 SCHOOL CLOSEST TO THEIR RESIDENCES. SCHOOL BOARD
 POLICIES REGARDING LEVELS OF SERVICE OR OTHER BOUNDARY
 POLICY DECISIONS AFFECT SCHOOL BOUNDARIES. PLEASE
 CONTACT THE PALM BEACH COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOUNDARY
 OFFICE AT (561) 434-8100 FOR THE MOST CURRENT SCHOOL
 ASSIGNMENT(S).
  
 5. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY/COMPLETION, AT LEAST FIVE (5) OFF-STREET
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH TEMPORARY
 SALES OFFICE AND FOR EACH THREE (3) MODEL DWELLING
 UNITS. PARKING SPACES SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE SAME LOT,
 OR ON A CONTIGUOUS LOT. SEPARATE PERMITS SHALL BE
 OBTAINED FOR ALL PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 6. SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PERMITS SHALL BE
 ISSUED. ALL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE INSTALLED AND PASS
 INSPECTION PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY/COMPLETION.
  
 7. SEPARATE PERMITS SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY SITE
 LIGHTING.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
