 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) IN BOTH SETS OF ARCHITECTURAL PLANS THE SHEETS WERE
 SIGNED & DATED BUT NEVER STAMPED WITH THE ARCHITECTS
 SEAL. 61 G 1-16.003 USES OF SEAL.
  
 2) SHEET A1.01 THE COVERSHEET UNDER THE HEADING CODE
 INFORMATION LIST THE 2014 FBC AND FAMILY OF CODES. THE
 2017 FBC FAMILY OF CODES WAS ADOPTED DEC. 31/ 2017
 STATEWIDE. THE PLANS WERE SUBMITTED ON 1/22/2018
 REQUIRING THE PLANS TO BE CREATED UNDER THE 2017 FBC-B.
  
 3) SHEET A3.01 INDICATES A NEW STOREFRONT DOOR AND
 TRANSOM. SHEET A5.01 PROVIDES THE WIND DESIGN UNDER THE
 2014 FBC-B. PLEASE UPDATE THE PLANS TO THE 2017 FBC.
  
 4) SHEET A5.01 ALSO HAS THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE
 PRESSURES. UNDER THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA IT HAS BOTH:
 VULT 170 MPH & VASD 132 MPH. THE PRESSURE THEMSELVES
 DOESN?T INDICATE IF THEY ARE IN VULT OR VASD.
 DEPENDING ON THE PRESSURES GIVEN SOME ARE LOW FOR VULT
 BUT HIGH FOR VASD. EXAMPLE;
 VASD/ 132 MPH. EXP. C MEAN ROOF 15 FT.
 WALL ZONE 4 @ 10 SQ. FT. -48.55. SHOULD BE -41.9 VASD.
 SHOULD BE -68.48 VULT.
 WALL ZONE 5 @ 10 SQ. FT. -67.58. SHOULD BE ?50.7 VASD.
 SHOULD BE -84.51 VULT.
 THIS IS TRUE FOR BOTH ROWS OF FIGURES.

 DOORS. DOORS, WHEN FULLY OPENED, SHALL NOT REDUCE THE
 REQUIRED WIDTH BY MORE THAN 7 INCHES (178 MM). DOORS IN
 ANY POSITION SHALL NOT REDUCE THE REQUIRED WIDTH BY
 MORE THAN ONE-HALF.
  
 8) SHEET A3.01 DOES NOT SHOW THE LANDING ON THE
 EXTERIOR SIDE OF THE NEW DOOR AND COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTION 404.2.4 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES OF THE 2017
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
 MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS AND GATES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 404.2.4. MANEUVERING CLEARANCES SHALL
 EXTEND THE FULL WIDTH OF THE DOORWAY AND THE REQUIRED
 LATCH SIDE OR HINGE SIDE CLEARANCE.
  
 9) SHEET A3.01 HAS NOTES FOR THE ACCESSIBLE BREAK ROOM
 SINK AND MICROWAVE BUT THERE ARE NO DETAILS SHOWING
 CODE COMPLIANCE WITH: 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 606.3

 LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT
 OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES
 (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 THE MICROWAVE MUST COMPLY WITH THE 2017 ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE;
  
 REACH RANGES 308.2 FORWARD REACH AND OR 308.3 SIDE

 309. OPERABLE PARTS.

 PINCHING, OR TWISTING OF THE WRIST. THE FORCE REQUIRED
