 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE NOTE THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE
 CREATING (2) TENANT SPACES OUT OF A SINGLE SPACE. ONLY
 ONE ADDRESS FOR A TENANT SPACE IS GIVEN. SINCE THERE
 WILL BE (2) TENANT SPACES CREATED UNDER THIS PERMIT TWO
 SUITE NUMBERS WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED.

 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
 2014 FBC-B 01.2 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
  
 2) CREATION OR EXTENSION OF NONCONFORMITY. 2017
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL
 NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING. CREATION OR EXTENSION
 OF NONCONFORMITY. ALL NEW WORK, RE-CONFIGURATION SHALL
 NOT CREATE OR EXTEND ANY NONCONFORMITY IN THE EXISTING
 BUILDING TO WHICH THE RE-CONFIGURATION OF SPACE IS
 BEING MADE WITH REGARD TO ACCESSIBILITY, STRUCTURAL
 STRENGTH, FIRE SAFETY, MEANS OF EGRESS, OR THE CAPACITY
 OF MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, OR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS. UNDER
 THE DEMOLITION PORTION OF THIS PROJECT THE RESTROOMS
 ARE BEING REMOVED. MISSING RESTROOMS NOT IN COMPLIANCE

 CHAPTER AND THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, PLUMBING SHALL
 GOVERN THE ERECTION, INSTALLATION, ALTERATION, REPAIRS,
 RELOCATION, REPLACEMENT, ADDITION TO, USE OR
 MAINTENANCE OF PLUMBING EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS. TOILET
 AND BATHING ROOMS SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 1210. PLUMBING SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT SHALL
 BE CONSTRUCTED, INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, PLUMBING

 6TH EDITION (2017) EFFECTIVE DATE (ADOPTED STATEWIDE)
 DECEMBER 31, 2017. PLEASE UPDATE PLANS TO THE CURRENT
 CODE AND REFERENCES.
  
 5) SHEET A1 INDICATES THE REMOVAL OF A PORTION OF
 STOREFRONT WINDOWS AND DOOR. NO WIND DESIGN CRITERIA
 WAS PROVIDED IN THIS SET OF PLANS. SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH:
 2014 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA. THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL BE SHOWN,
 REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE DESIGN OF
 THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE STRUCTURE:

 7) IDENTIFY GLAZING/ MULLIONS. PLEASE IDENTIFY ON THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL BEFORE SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF
 RECORD AND BEFORE SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH GLAZING, PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT, TYPE OF GLAZING,
 MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED
 INFORMATION IF REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE
 PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING SIZE. 2017 FBC-B 1405.13.1
 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS.
 FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH
 INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM
 LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.
  
 8) W. P. B. AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE
 9N-03 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE
 ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING
 ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS, SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 9) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
