 1. (A) PROVIDE ROOF SLOPE. IT IS NOT SHOWN ON
 APPLICATION AND APPEARS TO BE A LOW SLOPE ROOF.
  
 (B) DOES THE EXISTING SLOPED ROOF HAVE CONTINUOUS
 SHEATHING OR IS IT SKIP SHEATHING THAT WILL NEED TO BE
 CHANGED.
  
 R905.2.2 SLOPE.
  
 ASPHALT SHINGLES SHALL BE USED ONLY ON ROOF SLOPES OF
 TWO UNITS VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (2:12) OR
 GREATER. FOR ROOF SLOPES FROM TWO UNITS VERTICAL IN 12
 UNITS HORIZONTAL (2:12) AND LESS THAN FOUR UNITS
 VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (4:12), DOUBLE
 UNDERLAYMENT APPLICATION IS REQUIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION R905.2.7.
  
 2. PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF THE EVALUATION REPORT FOR THE
 GAF SHINGLES SELECTED.
  
 FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3.
  
 3. THE PERMIT VALUE OF $2500 IS TOO LOW. REVISE THE
 PERMIT VALUE.
  
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS. IF, IN THE
 OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION
 OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED,
 QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS
 (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION
 OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK,
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS.
  
 4. IS THE FLAT ROOF AT THE REAR OF THE BUILDING TO BE
 REPLACED AS PART OF THIS PERMIT. IF SO PROVIDE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR THIS ROOF AS WELL. FBC 107.3
  
 5. CHECK SQUARE FOOTAGE ON PERMIT APPLICATION. IT IS
 SHOWN AS 13,572 SQ FT.. THIS IS NOT ACCURATE. PLEASE
 REVISE.

 *VOID*. PLEASE KEEP BOTH SETS OF OLD VOIDED SHEETS IN
 THE PERMIT PACKAGE.
