| | THE WALLS.? PER OUR CONVERSATION YOU EXPRESSED THAT THE |
| | EVALUATION SHOULD BE DONE USING THE PERFORMANCE METHOD |
| | FORM R405-2017. ATTACHED IS A COPY OF THE SAME BUT AS I |
| | HAD EXPRESSED TO YOU THE PROGRAM WILL NOT ALLOW AN |
| | INPUT OF LESS THAN R-19 FOR THE ROOF THEREFORE THE |
| | ATTACHED FOR IS WRONG IN THAT THE ROOFING HAS R-19 |
| | INSULATION. |
| | AT THIS POINT WE ARE AT A STANDSTILL.? EVEN THOUGH WE |
| | HAVE A PERMIT CONTINGENT ON THIS ITEM BEING RESOLVED, |
| | WE CANNOT PROCEED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THIS ITEM IS NOT |
| | RESOLVED.? |
| | SINCE THIS IS AN EXISTING UNIT IN A TOWN HOUSE THAT |
| | SHARES THE ROOF WITH 3 OTHER UNITS AND BEING THIS THE |
| | CASE THE UNIT OWNER DOES NOT OWN THE ROOF OR |
| | INSULATION, THE SAME BELONGS TO THE ASSOCIATION, HOW DO |
| | WE PROCEED. |
