 1. FBC 107, SCOPE NOT CLEAR. THERE IS ALREADY A DENIED
 ROOF PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THIS PROPERTY. APPLICANT
 HAS THREE OPTIONS:
  
 OPTION A: IF ROOF DAMAGE IS LESS THAN 25% OF THE ROOF,
 AS DETERMINED BY THE LICENSE ROOFER, AND AS WILL BE
 CONFIRMED BY THE INSPECTOR IN THE FIELD, THIS PERMIT
 CAN BE ISSUED AFTER THE FOLLOWING IS PROVIDED:
  
 ENGINEERING FOR ENHANCED FASTENING
 A PLAN SHOWING LOCATION OF THE REPAIR WHICH INCLUDES
 DISTANCE TO EDGES AS WELL AS ZONE 2 & ZONE 3
 INFORMATION **OR** PROPOSE THAT ALL FASTENING TO BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH ZONE 3 REQUIREMENTS
  
 OPTION B: IF LICENSED ROOFER DETERMINES THAT OVER 25%
 OF THE ROOF AREA NEEDS REPAIR, A REROOF IS REQUIRED.
 REVISE APPLICATION TO REFLECT CORRECT SCOPE, PROVIDE
 ENHANCED FASTENING ENGINEERING
  
 OPTION C: IF OVER 25% OF THE ROOF AREA NEEDS REPAIR,
 BUT APPLICANT DOES NOT WISH TO DO A REROOF AS THE
 BUILDING IS TO BE DEMOLISHED, IT IS **POSSIBLE** THAT A
 TEMPORARY PATCH WILL BE CONSIDERED. IF THIS OPTION IS
 ELECTED, PLEASE CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS.
