 LOW. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 RESPONSE:
 REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED AT ALL.
  
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
  
  
 BUILDING PROVISO:
 1- THE PROPOSED ALTERATION IS A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY
 WITH NO CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION. A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY SHALL BE ISSUED BEFORE
 OPERATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 1001.2 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING.
  
 SEC. 1001.2 CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY WITH NO CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.
 A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY, AS DEFINED IN SECTION 202, WITH
 NO CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION SHALL NOT BE MADE
 TO ANY STRUCTURE THAT WILL SUBJECT THE STRUCTURE TO ANY
 SPECIAL PROVISIONS OF THE APPLICABLE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODES, INCLUDING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 1002
 THROUGH 1011, WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE CODE
 OFFICIAL. A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY SHALL BE ISSUED
 WHERE IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE REQUIREMENTS FOR
 THE CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY HAVE BEEN MET.
