 UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THE SCOPE OF THE
 WHOLE PROJECT IS INTERRELATED WITH ALL TRADES.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC... THE ARCHITECT OF RECORD WILL NEED
 TO COORDINATE TRADES, AND MATERIALS. THERE HAS TO BE A
 PROFESSIONAL DESIGNER OVER ALL OF THE PROJECT.
  
 1A) COMPLIED. ENGINEERING PLANS AND CALCULATIONS.
  
  
 2-3) NOT REQUIRED, THRESHOLD BUILDING WORK ON 1ST FLOOR
 SLAB AFFECTING THE 1ST FLOOR TENANT ONLY
 4) 3RD REQUEST. THE RESPONSE INDICATES THE BEER ALCOHOL
 CONTENT IS LESS THAN 16% IN THE MARGIN OF THE RESPONSE
 BUT NOT STATED ON THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN A1.0.
 THE PLANS INDICATE THIS IS A NEW BREWERY BUT THE PLANS
 ARE SILENT AS TO THE ALCOHOL CONTENT. PLEASE NOTE WHEN
 THE BEVERAGES HAVE AN ALCOHOL CONTENT OF OVER 16 PER
 CENT THEN THE BREWERY WOULD BE CLASSIFIED AS AN F1
 OCCUPANCY AND OCCUPANCY SEPARATION MAY BE REQUIRED. SEE

 REQUIRE A BOILER AND 1 HOUR RATED ROOM. THE PLANS DO
 NOT SHOW THE BOILER NOR SIZE? PLEASE REVIEW THE 2014
 FBC-B TABLE 509. ROOMS WITH BOILERS WHERE THE LARGEST
 PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IS OVER 15 PSI AND 10 HORSEPOWER
 WOULD REQUIRE 1 HOUR SEPARATION OR AUTOMATIC SPRINKLERS
 SYSTEM.

 CODE 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND WORK
 SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
