 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ENGINEERING PLANS BUT THERE ARE NO ENGINEERING SHEETS
 IN THIS SET OF PLANS. TERMS THAT NEED TO BE DEFINED IS:
 BBL/ BARREL PLEASE PROVIDE THE GALLONS IN U. S. GALLONS
 AND WEIGHT FOR 5BBL, 10 BBL & 20 BBL. FOR THIS REVIEW I
 WILL USE 50 GALLONS = 1 BARREL.

 2B) 106.1 LIVE LOADS POSTED. WHERE THE LIVE LOADS FOR
 WHICH EACH FLOOR OR PORTION THEREOF OF A COMMERCIAL OR
 INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IS OR HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO EXCEED
 50 PSF, SUCH DESIGN LIVE LOADS SHALL BE CONSPICUOUSLY

 UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTED LIVE LOADS PRESCRIBED IN SECTION
 1607.3 OR THE CONCENTRATED LIVE LOADS GIVEN IN TABLE
 1607.1, WHICHEVER PRODUCES THE GREATER LOAD EFFECTS.
 UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, THE INDICATED CONCENTRATION
 SHALL BE ASSUMED TO BE UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTED OVER AN
 AREA OF 21/2 FEET BY 21/2 FEET (762 MM BY 762 MM) AND
 SHALL BE LOCATED SO AS TO PRODUCE THE MAXIMUM LOAD

 2A) 109.3.6.1 THRESHOLD INSPECTION PLAN. THE ENFORCING
 AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A (WRITTEN/ TYPED) SPECIAL
 INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON A
 THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL INSPECTION
 PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENFORCING
 AGENCY PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR

 FOR THRESHOLD INSPECTORS #26. ASSURE THAT THE DESIGNER
 HAS REQUIRED ON THE PLANS OR SPECIFICATIONS ONE
 MATERIAL, APPROVED FOR FIRE STOPPING PENETRATIONS, FOR
 WALLS AND CEILINGS.
  
 3) SHEET A4.0 SHOWS THE 2ND FLOOR IN THE AREA OF THE
 NEW TANKS ARE TO BE LOCATED, THE FLOOR BEING RAISED 5
 INCHES AND A LINEAR FLOOR DRAIN, THE PLANS ARE SILENT,
 NO DETAILS FOR THE RAISED FLOOR FRAMING, DECKING OR
 FINISH MATERIAL NOR FLOOR DRAIN MATERIAL? 107.2.1.3
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) THE PLANS INDICATE THIS IS A NEW BREWERY BUT THE
 PLANS ARE SILENT AS TO THE ALCOHOL CONTENT. PLEASE NOTE
 WHEN THE BEVERAGES HAVE AN ALCOHOL CONTENT OF OVER 16
 PER CENT THEN THE BREWERY WOULD BE CLASSIFIED AS AN F1
 OCCUPANCY AND OCCUPANCY SEPARATION MAY BE REQUIRED. SEE
