 PLUMBING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SHT. A8.1 DETAIL #1 FOR THE ACCESSIBLE BATHROOMS THE
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR THE TOILET SHALL EXTEND FROM THE
 SIDE WALL OF THE TOILET 60" ACROSS TO THE LAVATORY IT
 APPEARS ON THE DETAIL THAT THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE IS
 TURNED 180* AND THERE IS ONLY 56" WHERE THERE SHOULD BE
 60" AND 60" WHERE THERE SHOULD BE 56" PLEASE CLARIFY
 PER FBC ACC 604.3.1 SIZE. CLEARANCE AROUND A WATER
 CLOSET SHALL BE 60 INCHES MINIMUM MEASURED
 PERPENDICULAR FROM THE SIDE WALL AND 56 INCHES MINIMUM
 MEASURED PERPENDICULAR FROM THE REAR WALL.
  
 2. SHT. A8.1 DETAIL #1 PLEASE SHOW THE 30" X 48" CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE FOR THE LAVATORY. PER FBC ACC 606.2 CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305,
 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD APPROACH, AND KNEE AND TOE
 CLEARANCE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 3. THE DOOR SHALL NOT SWING INTO THE BATHROOM UNLESS A
 30"X48" CLEAR FLOOR SPACE CLEAR OF THE ARC OF THE DOOR.
 PER FBC ACC 603.2.3
  
 4. SHOW COMPLIANCE FOR FBC ACC 604.7 DISPENSERS. TOILET
 PAPER DISPENSERS SHALL COMPLY WITH 309.4 AND SHALL BE 7
 INCHES MINIMUM AND 9 INCHES MAXIMUM IN FRONT OF THE
 WATER CLOSET MEASURED TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 DISPENSER. THE OUTLET OF THE DISPENSER SHALL BE 15
 INCHES MINIMUM AND 48 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR
  
 5. THE MIRROR SHALL BE 40" TO THE REFLECTIVE SURFACE
 NOT TO THE FRAME. PER FBC ACC 603.3
  
 6.SHT. A8.1 PLEASE REVISE DETAIL TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH FBC ACC 604.5.2 REAR WALL. THE REAR WALL GRAB BAR
 SHALL BE 36 INCHES LONG MINIMUM AND EXTEND FROM THE
 CENTERLINE OF THE WATER CLOSET 12 INCHES MINIMUM ON ONE
 SIDE AND 24 INCHES MINIMUM ON THE OTHER SIDE.
  
 7. THE TOILET IN THE BACK OF THE WARE HOUSE AND THE ONE
 NEXT TO THE BREAK BOTH APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN ENLARGED IF
 SO THEY BOTH SHALL COMPLY WITH FBC ACC 213, 603, 604,
 606
  
 8. THE SINKS IN THE BREAK ROOM AND NEXT TO STORAGE
 ROOMS 102- 103 SHALL COMPLY WITH FBC ACC 603.2, 606.3
  
 9. PROVIDE GPM FOR THE 3" ROOF DRAIN RISER. PER WPB
 AMEND TO FBC 107.2.1
  
 10. IF THE HOT WATER RUN FROM THE WATER HEATER #1 TO
 BATHROOM 107 IS OVER 50' A RECIRCULATION SYSTEM WILL BE
 REQUIRED IT LOOKS CLOSE IT WILL BE MEASURED IN THE
 FIELD. PER FBC PL 607.2
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
