 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- THE EGRESS WINDOW "B" DOESN'T COMPLY WITH THE
 MINIMUM CLEAR HEIGHT AND TOTAL CLEAR OPENING AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R310.1.2 AND R310.1.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL,
 5TH EDITION (2014). REVISE SIZE OF WINDOW AS REQUIRED
 OR PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING THAT
 THE PROPOSED SIZE WILL COMPLY WITH ALL THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS. NOTE: NORMAL WINDOW OPERATION IS REQUIRED
 TO ACHIEVE THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS. ADDITIONAL STEPS OR
 KNOWLEDGE TO OPERATE THE WINDOW IS NOT ALLOWED.
  
 3- CEILING INSULATION R-VALUE SPECIFIED ON THE TYPICAL
 WALL SECTION "A" ON SHEET A-1 DOESN'T MATCH R-VALUE
 REQUIRED ON THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED. SEC. R103.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH
 EDITION (2014).
  
 4- SHEET SP-1: THE NOTE BELOW THE SCOPE OF WORK STATES
 THAT THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION SHALL COMPLY WITH SEC. 404
 AND ALTERATION LEVEL 2 OF THE EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
 THE SCOPE OF WORK IS NOT ALTERATION LEVEL 2. THIS IS A
 PARTIAL CHANGE OF CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY FROM GROUP U TO
 GROUP R. REVISE NOTE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 506 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 5- SHEET A-4: REVISE THE STRUCTURAL NOTE #1. THE
 BUILDING CODE IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF THIS PERMIT
 APPLICATION IS THE FBC 5TH EDITION (2014) NOT 2010. AND
 THE ACI 318 AND ACI 530 REFERENCED EDITION IS THE 11
 EDITION NOT THE 08 EDITION. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEE
 CHAPTER 46 FC-RESIDENTIAL AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 6- PROVIDE CURRENT FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE
 SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS. ICC
 EVALUATION REPORT ESR-2613 SUBMITTED EXPIRED ON
 06/2016. PROVIDE CURRENT FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL AS
 REQUIRED BY FAC 61G20-3.001.
  
 NOTE:
 FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. COPY OF THE SURVEY
 SUBMITTED STATES THAT THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN FLOOD
 ZONE "C". THIS IS INCORRECT. THIS PROPERTY WAS
 CONSIDERED AS FLOOD ZONE "B" BEFORE THE NEW FLOOD MAPS
 WENT INTO EFFECT. AFTER THE NEW FLOOD MAPS WENT INTO
 EFFECT ON 10/05/17 THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED BETWEEN 2
 DIFFERENT FLOOD ZONES: X500 AND AE. THEREFORE, TAKE
 THIS INTO CONSIDERATION FOR FUTURE WORK.
  
 ****PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO HELP EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
 ****PLEASE INSERT ANY REVISED DRAWING AND REMOVE OLD
