 EXISTING BUILDING, WHERE TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS ARE
 EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN $750,000.00. ALL BUILDINGS
 WITHIN NEW PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS SHALL BE ASSESSED

 BEEN REVISED TO UPDATE THE NURSING HOME TO THE NATIONAL
 RECOGNIZED STANDARD FOR NURSING HOME DESIGN SIMILAR TO
 HOW THE HOSPITAL OR AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTER
 REQUIREMENTS ARE WRITTEN. BECAUSE THE GUIDELINES ARE
 UPDATED EVERY FOUR YEARS THE NURSING HOMES IN FLORIDA
 WILL KEEP UP WITH THE LATEST CHANGES AND TECHNOLOGIES

 SITES WHICH DO NOT MEET THE STATE THRESHOLD REQUIREMENT
 AND THAT IS A RESIDENT INSPECTOR, THIS CAN QUALIFY AS A
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE II-B BUILDING BUT IT USUALLY STARTS
 AT 20,000 SQ. FT. THIS BUILDING (ADDITION IS ONLY
