 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PROPOSED SCREEN ENCLOSURE NEEDS
 TO BE SHOWN, WITH ACCURATE SETBACKS, ON THE SURVEY.
  
 2) THE PROPOSED SCREEN ENCLOSURE WITH A SOLID ROOF IS
 CONSIDERED AN EXTENSION OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE
 (HOUSE) ON THE PROPERTY. THE SETBACKS ARE MEASURED FROM
 THE SUPPORT COLUMNS. USING A SCALE, THE SOLID ROOF
 SCREEN ENCLOSURE COMPLIES WITH SETBACKS
  
 3) THE CITY PERMITS ACCESSORY STRUCTURES TO HAVE A FIVE
 (5) FOOT SIDE AND REAR SETBACK IF THEY ARE LOCATED MORE
 THAN SIX (6) FEET FROM THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE. THE
 EXISTING SHED CURRENTLY MEETS THAT STANDARD; HOWEVER,
 THE PROPOSED SOLID ROOF SCREEN ENCLOSURE COLUMNS WILL
 BE LESS THEN FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE EXISTING SHED. THIS
 IS ONLY PERMITTED IF THE SHED IS LOCATED AT LEAST 10.8
 FEET FROM THE REAR (WEST) PROPERTY LINE. THE SHED IS
 LOCATED LESS THEN NINE (9) FEET FROM THE REAR PROPERTY
 LINE. THE SHED EITHER NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OR RELOCATED
 TO A LOCATION THAT COMPLIES WITH THE ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE SETBACKS. A PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF THE SHED.
