 1) THE COVERSHEET CS1 INDICATES THIS BUILDING IS
 DESIGNED UNDER THE 2014 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE AND
 AS AN ALTERATION LEVEL II. PLEASE REVIEW BUILDINGS THAT
 WERE NEVER PREVIOUSLY OCCUPIED ARE TO BE DESIGNED &
 REVIEW UNDER THE:
 2014 FBC-BUILDING. 101.4.1 BUILDINGS NOT PREVIOUSLY
 OCCUPIED. A BUILDING OR PORTION OF A BUILDING THAT HAS
 NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY OCCUPIED OR USED FOR ITS INTENDED
 PURPOSE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS IN EXISTENCE AT THE
 TIME OF ITS COMPLETION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING OR FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, RESIDENTIAL, AS APPLICABLE, FOR NEW
 CONSTRUCTION OR WITH ANY CURRENT PERMIT FOR SUCH
 OCCUPANCY.
 PLEASE DELETE THE REFERENCE TO THE EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE AND LEVEL II ALTERATION.
  
 2) SHEET A1.0 SHOWS APPROXIMATELY 130 SEATS ON BOTH THE
 INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE A2 OCCUPANCY AND OF THESE
 SEATS 7 SEATS ARE ACCESSIBLE MEETING THE 5% ACCESSIBLE
 SEATING. WHAT THE FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT SHOW IS
 DISPERSION BETWEEN TYPE OF DINING, SUCH AS BANQUETS AND
 STOOLS; NONE OF THESE ELEMENTS SHOW ACCESSIBLE SEATING.
 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 226.2 DISPERSION. DINING
 SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 902
 SHALL BE DISPERSED THROUGHOUT THE SPACE OR FACILITY
 CONTAINING DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES.
  
 3) SHEET A2.1 AND A2.2 SHOWS AWNINGS AND SIGNAGE, BOTH

 4B) W. P. B. 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03
 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE
 ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING
 ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS, SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 4C) THE ROOF TOP A/C STAND PRODUCT APPROVALS. PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS CALCULATING THE
 AREA (SIDE VIEW) OF THE ROOF TOP COMPRESSORS,
 CONFIGURATION ON STAND, THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF THE
 STAND AND COMPRESSORS, WEIGHT, CIRCLED THE DESIGN
 PARAMETERS IN THE TABLES, ANCHORS AND UPLIFT VERSES
 MOMENT FOR THE UNIT TO THE STAND AND THE STAND TO THE
 ROOF. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL IS TO BE REVIEWED BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD, APPROVED BEFORE SUBMISSION TO THE
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
  
 2014 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.
  
 5) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. ONE SET OF
 PLANS WILL HAVE TO BE TAKEN (BY THE CONTRACTOR OR
 REPRESENTATIVE) TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 OFFICE LOCATED AT 2300 N. JOG RD. ROOMS 2W01-2W14 WEST
 PALM BEACH, FL. THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE
 STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL

 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
