 --THE DRIVE SHACK PALM BEACH, LLC MUST SUPPLY AN
 EASEMENT OR OTHER FORM OF ACCEPTABLE AGREEMENT FOR THE
 ?CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH? SIGNAGE LOCATED ON THE NORTH
 SIDE OF THE PROPERTY AS INDICATED ON THE SITE PLAN
 (SP-1) WITH THE LAST REVISION DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 2017.
 THE EASEMENT WILL BE RECORDED BEFORE ISSUANCE OF
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. THE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF THE
 NEW SIGN SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY BEFORE
 INSTALLATION WHICH IS SCHEDULED FOR 5/21/18.

 ART BE INTEGRATED INTO THE SITE PLAN NOW TO ASSIST WITH
