 --SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR FENCE/SITE
 WALLS/NETTING; DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES; SIGNAGE; LANDSCAPE;
 PARKING; BIKE RACKS/ HARDSCAPE; AND SITE LIGHTING.
  
 --THE RESPONSE TO COMMENTS INDICATE THAT THE CIVIL
 CONSULTANTS WILL COORDINATE THIS, BUT THE SITE DEMO
 PLANS INDICATE THE CURRENT SIGN NOT BEING RELOCATED AND
 THE SITE LAYOUT PLANS (C4) DO NOT INDICATE REPLACEMENT
 SIGN. THE DRIVE SHACK PALM BEACH, LLC MUST SUPPLY AN
 EASEMENT OR OTHER FORM OF ACCEPTABLE AGREEMENT FOR THE
 ?CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH? SIGNAGE LOCATED ON THE NORTH
 SIDE OF THE PROPERTY AS INDICATED ON THE SITE PLAN
 (SP-1) WITH THE LAST REVISION DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 2017.
 THE EASEMENT WILL BE RECORDED BEFORE ISSUANCE OF
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. THE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF THE
 NEW SIGN HAS BEEN PROVIDED.
  
 -- THE RECONFIGURATION OF DRIVEWAYS AT THE AIRPORT
 SOUTH OF FLORIDA MANGO ROAD AND THE NEW CIRCULAR DRIVE,
 INCLUDING ALL ENTRIES TO THE SITE, MUST HAVE COMPLETED
 CONSTRUCTION BEFORE FINAL INSPECTIONS.
  
 -- THIS PROJECT REQUIRES FOR THE PUBLIC ART ASSESSMENT
 (SEC. 98-129 OF CHAPTER 28 OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES). IT IS ENCOURAGED THAT THE
 ART BE INTEGRATED INTO THE SITE PLAN NOW TO ASSIST WITH
 MITIGATION OF THE FA?ADE ORIENTATION. THE 90 DAY WINDOW
 FOR COMPLIANCE HAS BEGUN AND A REMINDER EMAIL WAS SENT
 TO THE PROJECT TEAM ON JULY, 3, 2018.
  
 SPECIFIC COMMENTS
  
 --WAIVER MUST BE AMENDED AND REGULATING PLAN MUST BE
 UPDATED TO ENLARGE ANY SIGNAGE BEFORE PERMIT ISSUANCE.
  
 --A WAIVER MUST BE REQUESTED BEFORE PERMIT ISSUANCE TO
 ADDRESS FENCE SUPPORTING STRUCTURES IN SETBACKS.
  
 --THE SITE PLAN MUST BE AMENDED BEFORE PERMIT ISSUANCE
 TO ADD GUYWIRES FOR POLES.
  
 --BUILDING SIZE DIFFERS FROM APPROVED PLANS AND WILL
 REQUIRE A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT BEFORE CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY.
  
 --AMENDMENTS TO SIDEWALK LOCATION REQUIRES WILL REQUIRE
 A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT BEFORE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
  
 --ADD PEDESTRIAN CROSSWALKS ON EAST AND SOUTH ENTRIES.

 --LIGHTING PLAN (E4-0-S0) MUST COORDINATE WITH EXISTING
