 --THE RESPONSE TO COMMENTS INDICATE THAT THE CIVIL
 CONSULTANTS WILL COORDINATE THIS, BUT THE SITE DEMO
 PLANS INDICATE THE CURRENT SIGN NOT BEING REMOVED AND
 THE SITE LAYOUT PLANS DO NOT INDICATE REPLACEMENT SIGN.
 THE DRIVE SHACK PALM BEACH, LLC MUST SUPPLY AN EASEMENT
 OR OTHER FORM OF ACCEPTABLE AGREEMENT FOR THE ?CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH? SIGNAGE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
 THE PROPERTY AS INDICATED ON THE SITE PLAN (SP-1) WITH
 THE LAST REVISION DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 2017. THE
 EASEMENT WILL BE RECORDED BEFORE ISSUANCE OF
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. THE FINAL DESIGN OF THE NEW
 SIGN SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY BEFORE INSTALLATION.
  
 --FAA APPROVAL MUST BE PROVIDED BEFORE BUILDING PERMIT
 ISSUANCE.
  
 -- THE RECONFIGURATION OF DRIVEWAYS AT THE AIRPORT
 SOUTH OF FLORIDA MANGO ROAD AND THE NEW CIRCULAR DRIVE,
 INCLUDING ALL ENTRIES TO THE SITE, MUST HAVE COMPLETED
 CONSTRUCTION BEFORE FINAL INSPECTIONS.
  
 --PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY EXISTING
 TREES, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT MUST BE ISSUED FROM THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 -- THIS PROJECT REQUIRES FOR THE PUBLIC ART ASSESSMENT
 (SEC. 98-129 OF CHAPTER 28 OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES). IT IS ENCOURAGED THAT THE
 ART BE INTEGRATED INTO THE SITE PLAN NOW TO ASSIST WITH
 MITIGATION OF THE FA?ADE ORIENTATION.
  
 SPECIFIC COMMENTS
  
 --BUILDING SIZE DIFFERS FROM APPROVED PLANS AND WILL
 REQUIRE A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT BEFORE CERTIFICATE
 OF OCCUPANCY.
  
 --FRONT ELEVATION DIFFERS FROM APPROVED PLANS, MORE
 SPECIFICALLY, NOW THE PROMINENT ENTRY DOES NOT EXIST.
 THE ENTRY HAS GONE FROM A HORIZONTAL VENEER TO A SCORED
 CONCRETE. PART OF THE MAJOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL, SHOWN
 AS EXHIBIT F IN THE RESOLUTION, IS MORE DESIRABLE AND
 ATTRACTIVE DEVELOPMENT (SEC.94-207 (1)) OF THE
 PROMINENT ENTRY AS DISCUSSED IN PLANNING BOARD AND CITY
 COMMISSION. MATCH ENTRY ELEVATIONS TO APPROVED DRAWING
 OR SUBMIT FOR REVISED SITE PLAN APPROVAL BEFORE PERMIT
 ISSUANCE.
  
 --THE STOP BAR ON FLORIDA MANGO NEEDS TO MOVE BACK
 INTERNAL TO THE SITE AND A PEDESTRIAN CROSSWALK SHOULD
 BE ADDED FOR PEDESTRIAN SAFETY.
  
 --SUPPORTING STRUCTURES FOR FENCE POSTS MAY NOT BE IN
 SETBACK. APPROVED PLANS DO NOT SHOW GUYWIRES IN
