 SECTIONS ARE RESERVED. FLORIDA STATUTE 553.79(5) STATES
 THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO AND
 APPROVED BY THE ENFORCING AGENCY BEFORE THE ISSUANCE OF
 A BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THRESHOLD
 BUILDING. WE HAVE HAD THE BUILDING OFFICIAL AND ONE OF
 OUR ASSISTANT BUILDING OFFICIALS LOOK AT THE SUBMITTED
 DOCUMENT AND FOUND IT LACKING. THE PURPOSE OF THE
 STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN IS TO PROVIDE SPECIFIC
 INSPECTION PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULES SO THAT THE
 BUILDING CAN BE ADEQUATELY INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE PERMITTED DOCUMENTS.
  
 PLEASE REFER TO THE THRESHOLD INSPECTION PLAN THAT HAS
 BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE CITY AND APPROVED. THE ONLY THING
 THAT WE WOULD RECOMMEND IN REGARDS TO A THRESHOLD
 INSPECTION PLAN WE WOULD PREFER TO ALSO HAVE THE
 BUILDING TYPE, OCCUPANCY AND USE, STORIES OF BUILDING
 AND IF FIRE SPRINKLERED.
