 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE

 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PROVIDE A SIGNED AND SEALED ABSTRACTED SURVEY OF
 THE PROPERTY. THERE SEEMS TO BE AN EASEMENT RUNNING
 ALONG THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY; HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT
 SHOWN IN THE SURVEY BECAUSE IT IS NOT ABSTRACTED. AN
 ABSTRACTED SURVEY IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE
 PLACEMENT OF STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT NO STRUCTURES CAN BE BUILT WITHIN AN EASEMENT,
 UNLESS EASEMENT CONSENT HAS BEEN PROVIDED.
  
 2.) HOW HIGH IS THE PROPOSED WALL ALONG THE SIDE AND

 DRAIN AWAY FROM THE POOL, BUT NOT ONTO ADJACENT

 5.) MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4
 FT. INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK. PLEASE SHOW SETBACK
