 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A1.0 THE FLOOR PLAN HAS 61 SEATS THAT ARE
 ACCOUNTED FOR, THE PLAN IS NOT CLEAR TO THE RIGHT SIDE
 OF THE SHEET WHAT APPEARS AS SEATS AND TABLES BUT THIS
 AREA MAY BRING THE SEATING LOAD TO OVER 80 CLIENTS. 80
 X 0.05 = 4 ACCESSIBLE SEATS REQUIRED. 2014
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE 226.1 WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE
 PROVIDED FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST
 5 PERCENT OF THE SEATING SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT
 THE DINING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.
  
 1A) 226.2 DISPERSION. DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES
 REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 902 SHALL BE DISPERSED
 THROUGHOUT THE SPACE OR FACILITY CONTAINING DINING
 SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES.
  
 1B) 902.1 .DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 902.2 AND 902.3. ADVISORY 902.1 GENERAL.
 DINING SURFACES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, BARS,
 TABLES, LUNCH COUNTERS, AND BOOTHS.
  
 1B)(1) 902.2 CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD
 APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 1B)(2) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND
 WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 2) THE A1.0 SHEET SHOWS THE REMOVAL AND INDICATES NEW
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. THERE IS NO MECHANICAL SHEET IN
 THIS SET OF PLANS. THIS REVIEW CYCLE A THOROUGH REVIEW
 COULD NOT BE COMPLETED AND ADDITIONAL AND OR NEW
 COMMENTS MAY OCCUR ON SUBSEQUENT REVIEWS.
 LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM. FOR ALL ROOF TOP
 EQUIPMENT, CURBS, FANS OR A/C STANDS, AND OR VENTS,
 DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING & DECK AS WELL
 AS FROM THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE EQUIPMENT ABOVE.
  
 2014 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
