 ALSO, PLEASE REFER THE ROOF AREA TO BEING DRAINED AS

 FLOOR PLANS OF THE UNITS THAT THE REQUIRED 48 INCH DEEP
 BY 30 INCH WIDE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR THE LAVATORIES IS
 CENTERED ON THE FIXTURE ( LAVATORY) AS REQUIRED BY THE
 FAIR HOUSING ACT DESIGN MANUAL PART TWO: CHAPTER 7 OR
 PLACE A NOTE ON THE PLANS STATING SUCH. THIS ALSO
 APPLIES TO FIXTURES AND APPLIANCES IN THE KITCHEN.

 MARK/IDENTIFY THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR THE
 WATER CLOSETS ON THE PLANS AND SHOW THE DIMENSIONS. THE
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR THE WATER CLOSETS SHALL BE 66
 INCHES DEEP MINIMUM BY 48 INCHES WIDE MINIMUM, 56
 INCHES DEEP MINIMUM BY 48 INCHES WIDE MINIMUM, OR 56
 INCHES DEEP MINIMUM BY 60 INCHES WIDE MINIMUM DEPENDING
 ON THE DIRECTION OF APPROACH TO THE WATER CLOSET BY A
 PERSON USING A WHEELCHAIR. FAIR HOUSING ACT DESIGN

 6) CLARIFY THE USE/REASON FOR THE T- SHAPED TURNING

 THE 2014 FBC-PLUMBING SEC.1003.4.EXCEPTION: AN OIL
 SEPARATOR IS NOT REQUIRED IN HYDRAULIC ELEVATOR PITS
 WHERE AN APPROVED ALARM SYSTEM IS INSTALLED. IF THE
 INTENT IS TO USE THE GOULD PUMPS, THIS WOULD NOT MEET
 THE INTENT OF THE PLUMBING CODE.
 17) IF THE ELEVATOR IS HYDRAULIC, THE ELEVATOR CYLINDER
 SHALL BE PROTECTED AGAINST ELECTROLYSIS IN ACCCORDANCE
 WITH THE 2014 FBC-BUILDING SEC.3011.1.
 18) SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE WATER
 SUB-METER THAT IS LOCATED IN THE PLENUM CLOSET.
