 ELECTRICAL RACEWAY FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT COMMUNICATION
 SYSTEMS AND ELECTRICAL RACEWAY SERVING THE INTERIOR
 EXIT STAIRWAY AND RAMP AND TERMINATING AT A STEEL BOX
 NOT EXCEEDING 16 SQUARE INCHES (0.010 M2). SUCH
 PENETRATIONS SHALL BE PROTECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 714. THERE SHALL BE NO PENETRATIONS OR

 CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED WITH THE HEIGHT OF ALL EXTERIOR
 ATTENDANTS A/C PADS OR OTHER SLABS FOR GENERATORS.
  
 C) PRODUCT APPROVALS
  
 FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE ROOFING, EXTERIOR WINDOW, AND
 DOORS, STOREFRONT , OVERHEAD DOORS, ROOF HATCH, LOUVERS
 AND NANA WALLS. DATA SHEET FOR ELEVATOR.
 ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN SUBMIT THESE LATER AS A DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL BY LISTING THEM ON THE COVER SHEET.
 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.

 ELEVATION T. O. SLAB 82 FEET. THE STRUCTURAL SHEET
 036-S-4.20 DETAIL # 4 SHOWS 2 HEIGHTS IN THE CONCRETE
 DECK. A FINISHED CONCRETE DECK AND A DROPPED STRUCTURAL
 DECK AROUND THE POOL DECK ASSUMED AT T. O. SLAB AT EL=
 82 FEET.

 C) 2014 FBC-B SECTION 454.1.3.1.2. POOL WET DECKS SHALL
 BE UNIFORMLY SLOPED AT A MINIMUM OF 2 PERCENT TO A
 MAXIMUM OF 4 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE POOL OR TO DECK
 DRAINS TO PREVENT STANDING WATER. THE PLANS ONLY SHOW A
 LINEAR POOL DRAIN ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE POOL. PLEASE
 SHOW COMPLIANCE FOR THE OTHER 3 SIDES.
  
 D) THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 403.3 CROSS SLOPES
 FOR WALKING SURFACES SHALL BE NOT STEEPER THAN 1:48.
 PLEASE PROVIDE HOW COMPLIANCE WILL BE ACHIEVED FOR BOTH
