 94-546. STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "A" FLOOD ZONE.
 AFTER OCTOBER 11, 2017 AN ADDITIONAL ONE FOOT OF FREE
 BOARD WILL BE REQUIRED OR (2) FREE BOARD, DESIGN FLOOD
 ELEVATION.
 NOTE: EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 5, 2017 THE FLOOD ZONE MAPS
 HAVE BEEN REVISED. PLEASE UPDATE THE SURVEY AND CIVIL
 DRAWINGS TO REFLECT THE NEW FLOOD ZONE AND COMPLIANCE
 WITH NAV 88.
  
 FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED.

 REQUIRED (3) DIFFERENT FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATES

 (A) A FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED AS PART OF THE
 PLAN REVIEW DOCUMENTS WITH THE PROPOSED FINISH FLOOR
 HEIGHT.
  
 (B) ONCE THE FIRST FLOOR SLAB IS POURED THE 2ND
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED
  
 (C) BEFORE THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 OR A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION THE 3RD FLOOD ZONE
 CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED WITH THE HEIGHT OF ALL EXTERIOR
 ATTENDANTS, A/C PADS OR OTHER SLABS FOR GENERATORS.

 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,

 3. W. P. B. 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS, TRUSS ENGINEERING ETC..
  
 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 NOTE: ON PAGE A2.2 NOTE 4, SHOWS WINDOWS TO BE DONE
 UNDER A SEPERATE PERMIT. SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS AS A
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL UNDER THIS PERMIT.
  
 4. ALL CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS (MOBILE OR MODULAR
 BUILDINGS) THAT ARE GOING TO HAVE MEETING IN THEM WILL
 BE REQUIRED TO GET A PERMIT, 102.2( E ) MOBILE OR
 MODULAR STRUCTURES USED AS TEMPORARY OFFICES, EXCEPT
 THAT THE PROVISIONS OF PART V (SECTION 553.501-553.513,
 FLORIDA STATUTES) RELATING TO ACCESSIBILITY BY PERSONS
 WITH DISABILITIES, AND PERMITS SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR
 STRUCTURAL SUPPORT AND TIE DOWN, ELECTRICAL SUPPLY, AND
 ALL UTILITY CONNECTIONS TO SUCH MOBILE OR MODULAR
 STRUCTURES.
  
 5. PROVIDE LANDING ON EXTERIOR OF DOORS. THIS IS NOT
 SHOWN ON S.4 CH.1 AND CH.2.
  
 FBC 1008.1.5 FLOOR ELEVATION.
 THERE SHALL BE A FLOOR OR LANDING ON EACH SIDE OF A
 DOOR. SUCH FLOOR OR LANDING SHALL BE AT THE SAME
 ELEVATION ON EACH SIDE OF THE DOOR. LANDINGS SHALL BE
 LEVEL EXCEPT FOR EXTERIOR LANDINGS, WHICH ARE PERMITTED
 TO HAVE A SLOPE NOT TO EXCEED 0.25 UNIT VERTICAL IN 12
 UNITS HORIZONTAL (2-PERCENT SLOPE).
  
 6. EXISTING 2 STORY BUILDING TO BE DEMOLISHED REQUIRES
 A SEPERATE DEMO PERMIT. FBC 105.1

 FROM SINGLE TO DOUBLE STRIPING THROUGHOUT THE PLANS.
 WEST PALM BEACH PARKING LOT STRIPING IS DOUBLE
 STRIPING. A DETAIL IS AVAILABLE AT THIS DEPARTMENT.
 NOTE: FC 553.5041(6) HAS CHANGED REGARDING SIGNAGE. THE
 NEW MINIMUM HEIGHT IS 60 INCHES.

 AND DOCUMENTS: A FLOOR PLAN; SITE PLAN; FOUNDATION
 PLAN; FLOOR/ROOF FRAMING PLAN OR TRUSS LAYOUT; ALL
 FENESTRATION PENETRATIONS; FLASHING; AND ROUGH OPENING
 DIMENSIONS; AND ALL EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS:
  
 10. IMPACT FEES:
  
 BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 RETAINED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION PACKAGE (SEPARATE
 FROM THE PERMIT SETS) AND MARKED *OLD SHEETS* OR
 *VOID*. PLEASE KEEP BOTH SETS OF OLD VOIDED SHEETS IN
 THE PERMIT PACKAGE.
