 ARE SENT TO A CENTRAL OUT OF STATE LOCATION AND AUDITED
 RANDOMLY. THE LANGUAGE "CABANA" APPEARS TO IMPLY AN
 ENCLOSED PORTION OF THE BUILDING. PLANS SHOW THIS AS
 HAVING TWO WALLS. IF YOU WISH TO DISCUSS, PLEASE CALL
 ME.
  
 ADDITIONAL PICTURES ARE REQUIRED BUT CAN BE PROVIDED BY
 THE PROPERTY OWNER.
 A SIGNED AND SEALED ORIGINAL ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS
