 CLASSIFIED WITH RESPECT TO OCCUPANCY IN ONE OR MORE OF
 THE GROUPS LISTED IN THIS SECTION.
  
 1C) UNDER THE APPLICABLE CODES THE REFERENCE IS MADE TO
 THE FBC-RESIDENTIAL CODE, PLEASE CORRECT TO THE 2014
 FBC-B.

 OR AGENT AUTHORIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE
 489 WHO INTENDS TO CONSTRUCT, ENLARGE, ALTER, REPAIR,
 MOVE, DEMOLISH, OR CHANGE THE OCCUPANCY OF A BUILDING
 OR STRUCTURE, OR TO ERECT, INSTALL, ENLARGE, ALTER,
 REPAIR, REMOVE, CONVERT OR REPLACE ANY IMPACT RESISTANT
 COVERINGS, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING OR

 SINCE THERE IS A AMARR GARAGE DOOR (NOA 13-0503.06) AND
 A FIXED WINDOW (NOA 14-0908.18) FIXED WINDOW THAT DO
 NOT APPEAR IN EITHER THE FLOOR PLAN OR ELEVATIONS.
 PLEASE UPDATE TO THE CURRENT COMPONENTS AND CLADDING
 FOR THE STRUCTURE. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 REQUIRED, DISCREPANCY IN THE PROVIDED INFORMATION.
  
 3B) THE ELEVATIONS ON SHEET A-2.1.0.1 SHOW ROOF TILE
 BUT THEY DOES NOT INDICATE IF THE O?HAGINS CLOCKED VENT
 TILE, OFF RIDGE VENT IS TO BE INSTALLED ON THIS

 THE TOP OF THE WINDOW DOES NOT MATCH UP. SHEET A-2.1.01
 SECTION # 2 THE TOP OF THE WINDOW IS 7 FEET 6 INCHES
 OFF OF FINISH FLOOR, WHEREAS SHEET A-6.1.01 DETAIL W1
 THE TOP OF THE WINDOW ELEVATION IS 7FEET 10 ? INCHES.
 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED.
  
 4B) PLEASE REVIEW SHEET S-2.00 THE L2 ROOF PLAN
 INDICATES THE USE OF A RBB-1 BEAM. THE TOP OF THE BEAM
 TO BE AT ELEVATION 10 FOOT 6 INCHES. THE BEAM SCHEDULE
 INDICATES THIS BEAM RBB-1 TO BE 1 FOOT 4 INCHES IN
 DEPTH, IN THE COMMENTS IT INDICATES A 16 INCH BOND BEAM
 NO STIRRUPS. OVER THE WINDOW AND DOOR OPENINGS AGAIN
 THE BEAM DESIGNATION OF RBB-1 NO STIRRUPS? IT WOULD
 APPEAR THIS IS A MISTAKE? IT ALSO APPEARS THERE IS A
 NEED OF A LINTEL TO FILE IN THE APPROXIMATE 14 INCH
 VERTICAL GAP? 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED? LINTEL SCHEDULE FOUND ON S1.00 BUT NO MENTION
 OF LINTELS ON SHEET S-2.00.
  
 4C) SHEET S-2.00 CMU WALL SCHEDULE MARK MW-1 INDICATES
 THE VERTICAL STEEL EVERY 4 FEET ON CENTER, THE SCHEDULE
 NOR THE DETAIL INDICATE IF CORNER CELLS ARE TO BE FILED
 OR MASONRY CELLS NEXT TO WALL OPENINGS REQUIRE VERTICAL
 REINFORCEMENT AND CELLS FILED? STEEL REINFORCEMENT
 CONFORMING TO ACI 318.
  
 4D) L1 THE GROUND FLOOR PLAN SHOWS TO COLUMNS C1 TO BE
 A 18 X 18 INCH COLUMN AND THE FOUNDATION SCHEDULE
 INDICATES THE MARK AS TE-1 AND THE WIDTH OF THE
 FOUNDATION IS ONLY 16 INCHES WIDE? THE COLUMN IS WIDER
 THAN THE FOUNDATION. 1901.2 REINFORCED CONCRETE.
 STRUCTURAL CONCRETE SHALL BE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CHAPTER AND
 ACI 318.
  
 SHEET S-2.00 THE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING PRESSURES ARE
 IN VULT, PLEASE CONVERT TO VASD SINCE ALL OF THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE IN VASD. 2014 FBC-B 1609.3.1 WIND
 SPEED CONVERSION VULT TO VASD.
  
 5) SHEET A-2.1.01 AND A-6.1.01 BOTH INDICATE THE USE OF
 A LOUVERED SHUTTER BUT NO PRODUCT APPROVAL HAS BEEN
 SUBMITTED. THE PLANS DO NOT STATE IF THIS LOUVER HAS TO
 BE LOWERED IN HIGH WIND EVENTS AND IF THE SHUTTER/
 LOUVER WAS TESTED IN THE OPEN POSITION?

 1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS & CLADDING. FLORIDA DEPARTMENT
 OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 61G20-3.005,
 RULE 9N-3 NOV. 01/ 2010 (31) SUB-CATEGORY OF PRODUCTS
 OR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS THAT WILL REQUIRE PRODUCT

 6) THE SUBMITTED ROOFING APPROVAL ENTEGRA PLANTATION
 ROOF TILE, MIAMI-DADE NOA 15-0721.04 NEITHER THE
 CONTRACTOR NOR THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS INDICATED THE
 TYPE OF FASTENING SYSTEM FOR THIS PRODUCT, TO RESIST
 THE MOMENT OF OVERTURNING, IF NAIL, SCREW, OR FOAM. IF
 FOAM IS TO BE USED PLEASE ALSO SUPPLY THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR THE UNDERLAYMENT AND FOR THE FOAM.
 107.2.1.2 FOR ROOF ASSEMBLIES REQUIRED BY THE CODE, THE
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL ILLUSTRATE, DESCRIBE AND
 DELINEATE THE TYPE OF ROOFING SYSTEM, MATERIALS,
 VENTING, FASTENING REQUIREMENTS, FLASHING REQUIREMENTS
 AND WIND RESISTANCE RATING THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 INSTALLED. PRODUCT EVALUATION AND INSTALLATION SHALL
 INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE WIND CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR
 THE SPECIFIC SITE.
  
 7) IMPACT FEES. BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE

 8) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
