 1) CREATION OR EXTENSION OF NONCONFORMITY. PLEASE NOTE
 THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISERS OFFICE DOES
 NOT SHOW THE SAME SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THIS BUILDING AS
 THE SUBMITTED DEPICTED PLANS. THE FOOT PRINT OF THE
 BUILDING RECORDED WITH THE PROPERTY APPRAISERS OFFICE
 WOULD BE THE SAME IF THE KITCHEN WAS NOT THERE. IN
 REVIEWING P. B. COUNTY AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY IN 2006
 EXTERIOR WALLS OF AN ADDITION WERE ERECTED. THEN IN
 2009 THE P. B. COUNTY AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS SHOW A
 FINISHED ROOF. I HAVE REVIEWED THE PERMIT RECORDS FOR
 BOTH ADDRESSES 1156 ELIZABETH AVE. AND 1177 CLARE AVE
 AND FOUND NO RECORDS FOR AN ADDITION AT THIS ADDRESS.
 IN REVIEWING THE CITY PERMIT RECORDS UNDER PERMIT
 06082252 FOR 1177 CLARE AVE. THERE WAS A SURVEY THAT
 DIDN?T SHOW ANY ADDITION OR CURRENT KITCHEN. THE SURVEY
 SHOWED THE SAME FOOTPRINT AS THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
 PROPERTY APPRAISERS OFFICE. THE ILLEGAL ADDITION WILL
 BE TREATED AS NEW WORK AND NEED TO MEET THE REGULATIONS
 OF THE 2014 FBC-B.
  
 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING. CREATION OR EXTENSION
 OF NONCONFORMITY. ALL NEW WORK, RE-CONFIGURATION SHALL
 NOT CREATE OR EXTEND ANY NONCONFORMITY IN THE EXISTING
 BUILDING TO WHICH THE RE-CONFIGURATION OF SPACE IS
 BEING MADE WITH REGARD TO ACCESSIBILITY, STRUCTURAL
 STRENGTH, FIRE SAFETY, MEANS OF EGRESS, OR THE CAPACITY
 OF MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, OR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS.

 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 2) PLEASE INCREASE THE VALUE OF THE PERMIT TO INCLUDE
 THE UNPERMITTED WORK IS NOT REFLECTED IN THE PERMIT
 VALUE THE INCREASE IN SQUARE FOOT AREA OF 16 X 41 = 656
 SQ. FEET @ A VALUE OF 105.82 A SQUARE FOOT. NOTE THIS
 VALUE IS TAKEN FROM THE AUGUST 2006 IBC EVALUATION
 TABLES FOR RESTAURANT TYPE VB CONSTRUCTION OR A DOLLAR
 AMOUNT OF $59,894.12 DOLLARS. 4 TIMES THE PERMIT FEE
 WOULD BE ASSESSED AGAINST THIS PERMIT.
