 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 SPACES FOR SERVICING JUICE ARE LABELED DINING ROOMS. IF
 THERE IS NO KITCHEN THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MR. BROWN
 OBJECTS TO THE TERM DINING ROOM, PLEASE LABEL THE ROOM
 THAT MOST DESCRIBES THE USE OF THE ROOM, JUICE BAR
 WOULD BE MORE ADEQUATE. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) THE MEETING THAT WAS HELD BETWEEN FRIEDERIKE
 MITTNER, VICTORIA AMADOR AND MYSELF ON 12/20/2017
 DISCUSSED THE REPLACEMENT OF DOORS WITH OUTSWING DOORS
 FRONT AND BACK WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE 2 SIDE DOORS,
 TO BE FIXED IN PLACE, ADD SIGNAGE NOT A DOOR, AND THE
 CENTER DOOR AT THE FRONT BE THE EGRESS DOOR AND THE
 REAR DOOR BE THE 2ND MEANS OF EGRESS. BOTH SETS OF DOOR
 WILL NEED TO BE RECESSED BACK INTO THE SPACE AND SWING
 OUT. DEPENDING ON THE DESIGN OF THE FRONT DOOR IF THERE
 WILL BE 18 INCHES FOR MANEUVERING CLEARANCES OR IF AN
 ELECTRIC PUSH BUTTON AND AUTOMATIC AND POWER ASSISTED
 DOOR WITH BATTERY BACKUP WILL BE USED TO MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS FOUND IN THE 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 404.2.4 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES OR 404.3 AUTOMATIC AND
 POWER ASSISTED DOORS.
  
 4) SEMI-COMPLIED. 93 SEATS X 0.05= 4.6 OR 5 ACCESSIBLE
 SEATS.
  
 5)SEMI-COMPLIED. 226.2 DISPERSION. DINING SURFACES AND
 WORK SURFACES REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 902 SHALL BE
 DISPERSED THROUGHOUT THE SPACE OR FACILITY CONTAINING
 DINING SURFACES. THERE IS NO ACCESSIBLE SEATING ALONG
 THE WALL AT COUNTER NOR AT THE JUICE BAR.
  
 6) 902.1 .DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 902.2 AND 902.3. ADVISORY 902.1 GENERAL.
 DINING SURFACES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, BARS,
 TABLES, AND LUNCH COUNTERS.
  
 6)(A) 902.2 CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD
 APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 6)(B) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND
 WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 7) COMPLIED. SHEET A.3 INDICATES 2 NEW ACCESSIBLE
 RESTROOMS
  
 8)THIS REVIEW A SURVEY WAS SUBMITTED BOTH THE FRONT
 DOORS AND REAR DOORS WILL SWING OVER THE PROPERTY LINE,
 THEY WILL NEED TO BE RECESSED SO THE OUTSWING DOOR DOES
 NOT SWING OVER THE PROPERTY LINE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 FBC-B 3202.2 ENCROACHMENTS ABOVE GRADE AND BELOW 8 FEET
 IN HEIGHT.
 ENCROACHMENTS INTO THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ABOVE GRADE
 AND BELOW 8 FEET IN HEIGHT SHALL BE PROHIBITED EXCEPT
 AS PROVIDED FOR IN SECTIONS 3202.2.1 THROUGH 3202.2.3.
 DOORS AND WINDOWS SHALL NOT OPEN OR PROJECT INTO THE
 PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 9) SHEET D1 NOTE NUMBER 4 INDICATES PARTIALLY REMOVE
 EXISTING WALL TO ACCOMMODATE NEW WINDOWS AND/ OR DOORS
 OPENINGS. DO NOT REMOVE ANY STRUCTURAL BEAMS OR
 COLUMNS. NOTIFY ENGINEER IF CONFLICT EXIST. PLEASE NOTE
 THERE ARE NO STRUCTURAL SHEETS WITH THIS SET OF PLANS.

 DEGREES AND 27 DEGREES. THIS ROOF IS A FLAT ROOF
 PRESSURES WILL BE GREATER.

 WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 APPROVED MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND
 SPACING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND
 SHALL BE CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING
 USED IN THE TESTS.
  
 13) THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THE USE OR INSTALLATION
 OF WINDOW OR DOOR SUB-BUCKS. PLEASE PROVIDE SUB-BUCK
 DETAILS FOR WINDOW AND DOORS. PLEASE INCLUDE FASTENING
 OF BUCK TO THE SUBSTRATE BELOW. FBC-B 1710.10 MASONRY,
 CONCRETE OR OTHER STRUCTURAL SUBSTRATE. . UNLESS
 OTHERWISE TESTED, BUCKS SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE
 INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME SUCH THAT
 FULL SUPPORT OF THE FRAME IS PROVIDED.
  
 14) W. P. B. 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03
 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE
 ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING
 ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS, SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 15) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 16) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE

 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
