 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THERE IS A PRIME ROOFING PERMIT AND DESIGNER OF
 RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
 W. P. B. 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 2) PLEASE HAVE THE DESIGNER OF RECORD DECLARE IF THERE
 IS A ROOF ZONE 3 WHICH WOULD REQUIRE ENHANCED
 FASTENING. PLANS DO NOT IDENTIFY FINISH ROOF ELEVATION
 NOR THE FINISH PARAPET HEIGHT.
 ROOFING: FOR ALL ROOFING PRODUCTS PLEASE IDENTIFY ALL
 ROOFING SUB-SYSTEMS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED PRESSURES FOR
 ROOF ZONE # 1. REVIEW THE PRODUCT APPROVAL LIMITATIONS,
 IF ENHANCED FASTENING IS ALLOWED FOR ROOF ZONES 2 & 3.
 FASTENER DENSITIES SHALL BE INCREASED FOR BOTH
 INSULATION & THE BASE SHEET AS CALCULATED IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ROOFING APPLICATION STANDARDS RAS 117. CALCULATION
 PREPARED, SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED
 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OR REGISTERED ARCHITECT.
