 1) THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT SETS OF PLAN:
 1A) ONE SET OF PLANS BY MYRTHA POOLS IS DRAWN TO SCALE
 1:50 THEN THE PLANS WERE REDUCED TO FIT ON A 11 X 17
 INCH SHEET OF PAPER. TOO SMALL TO READ AND OR SCAN FOR
 RECORD RETENTION. THIS DOES NOT MEET THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF
 PLANS. 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING
 PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS
 RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH
 THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR
 OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 1B) THE SET OF PLANS BY MYRTHA POOLS IS SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY JOHN E. IRELAND, THE SIGNATURE IS A PHOTO
 COPIED SIGNATURE, THE SEAL IS REDUCED IN SIZE TO
 APPROXIMATELY 7/8 OF AN INCH IN DIAMETER.
 FL ADMIN CODE 61G15-23.002 ENGINEERS. EFFECTIVE DATE
 05/06/2009. (2)(A) EVERY SHEET OF PLANS AND PRINTS
 WHICH MUST BE SEALED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER
 471, F.S., SHALL BE SEALED, SIGNED AND DATED BY THE
 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE.
 61G15-23.001 ENGINEERS SEALS ACCEPTABLE TO THE BOARD.
 SAID SEAL SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 1 7/8 INCHES IN
 DIAMETER,
  
 1C) THERE IS ONE SET OF PLANS THAT IS 36 INCHES IN
 LENGTH AND 2 SETS OF THE SAME DOCUMENT SHRUNK TO 24
 INCHES IN LENGTH. THESE SETS OF PLANS ARE BY A
 DIFFERENT ENGINEERING FIRM CLOWARD H2O. THE REDUCED SET
 OF PLANS BY THE ENGINEER CORROY CLOWARD P. E. ALSO HAS
 A PHOTO COPIED SIGNATURE; THE SEAL IS REDUCED IN SIZE
 TO APPROXIMATELY 1 1/4 INCH IN DIAMETER.
 FL ADMIN CODE 61G15-23.002 ENGINEERS. EFFECTIVE DATE
 05/06/2009. (2)(A) EVERY SHEET OF PLANS AND PRINTS
 WHICH MUST BE SEALED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER
 471, F.S., SHALL BE SEALED, SIGNED AND DATED BY THE

 TEAMS ON THE SAME PROJECT? 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. IF ONE IS A DELEGATE ENGINEER
 THEN THE ENGINEER NEEDS TO AFFIX A SHOP DRAWING STAMP
 OF APPROVAL ON THE DOCUMENTS. FL 61G-15-30.006 (3) THE
 DELEGATED ENGINEER SHALL FORWARD THE DELEGATED
 ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR
 REVIEW.
  
 1E) IT WOULD APPEAR FROM THE COVERSHEET WITH INDEX THE
 SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS ARE FOR MORE THAN ONE POOL AND OR
 SPA. PLEASE STRIKE ON THE INDEX SHEET AND DETAILS THAT
 ARE NOT PERTINENT TO THIS PERMIT. 107.2.1 INFORMATION
 ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
 BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION,
 NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN
 INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO
 THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO
 CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES, SUCH INFORMATION
 SHALL BE SPECIFIC, TO THE TECHNICAL CODES.
  
 1F) SHEET W1-4.01 SHOWS VARIOUS DETAILS A,B, & C TO BE
 FOUND ON SHEET W1-4.20. THESE DETAILS PROVIDE CUT
 SECTIONS FOUND ON SHEET W5-01.09 DETAILS 1-5 SHOW WALL
 FRAMING MEMBERS. NONE OF THESE DETAILS PROVIDE THE TYPE
 OF MATERIAL THE FRAMING MEMBERS AROUND THE POOL AND
 BETWEEN THE POOL AND THE HOT SPA. NEITHER DOES THE PLAN
 INDICATE THE CENTER TO CENTER DIMENSION OF THE FRAMING
 MEMBERS, BRACING OR
 THE TYPE OF ANCHORS, SIZE OF ANCHORS TO BE INSTALLED TO
 LOCK THE FRAMING MEMBER IN PLACE. TO DATE NO
 ENGINEERING HAS BEEN SUBMITTED FOR THIS SYSTEM, THE
 BACKING MATERIAL THE LINER OF THE POOL SEALS AGAINST.
 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 1G) THE ARCHITECT OF RECORD FOR THE PROJECT HAS NOT PUT
 THEIR SHOP DRAWING STAMP OF APPROVAL ON THE PLANS. FL
 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC...
 2) SHEET W5-1.09 DETAIL 5 SHOWS THE FRAME WORK WALL BUT
 THE PLANS ARE SILENT TO WHAT MATERIAL THE SPA IS MADE
 OF, THE DETAIL SHOW STAIRS BUT DOES NOT INDICATE IF
 THIS IS A PREFAB UNIT? 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 IS REQUIRED. WILL THERE BE TILE ADHERED TO THE SURFACE
 BELOW?
  
 3) NOTICE! FLORIDA DECLARATORY STATEMENT DS
 2013-011CONCLUSION (2) SWIMMING POOLS THAT ARE PART OF
 THE COMMON USE AREAS OF MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL
 DEVELOPMENTS THAT DO NOT RECEIVE GOVERNMENTAL FINANCIAL
 ASSISTANCE OR SPONSORSHIP, AND WHOSE FACILITIES ARE
 INTENDED SOLELY FOR THE USE OF RESIDENTS AND THEIR
 GUEST, ARE NOT SUBJECT THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE,
 INCLUDING PROVISIONS FOR POOL LIFTS OR SLOPED ENTRIES
 EVEN IF THEY ARE CONSIDERED TO FALL WITHIN THE
 DEFINITION OF PUBLIC SWIMMING POOLS OR PUBLIC POOLS IN
 SECTION 424.1.1 OF THE FBC-BUILDING.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
