 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
  
 2014 FBC-B 01.2 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
  
 2) THE LS1 SHEET SHOWS THE COMMON WALL BETWEEN THE
 PUBLIX GROCERY STORE AND THE NEW PUBLIX WINE & SPIRITS
 TENANT AS AN EXISTING 2 HOUR FIRE RATED WALL. SHEET A-4
 DETAIL C3 INDICATES THE USE OF A 1 ? HOUR FIRE RATED
 ACCESS DOOR ON EACH SIDE OF THE NEW PENETRATION IN THE
 FIRE RATED WALL. IN THIS SAME DETAIL IT STATES 1 HOUR
 RATED FROM EACH SIDE. THE UL LISTING U-901 PROVIDED IN
 THE LS SHEET IS FOR A 4 HOUR FIRE RATED WALL WHICH WILL
 REQUIRE A 3 HOUR OPENING PROTECTIVE. DISCREPANCY, IN
 PLANS, 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL DATA. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL
 DETAILS TO BE CONSISTENT.
  
 3) THE LS1 SHEET INDICATES THE REQUIREMENT FOR 2 EXITS.
 THE PLANS SHOW THE FRONT EXIT AND THE REAR GOING
 THROUGH A STORAGE OR STOCK ROOM, THE PLANS DO NOT
 DECLARE USAGE. PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH:
 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 1014.2 EGRESS THROUGH
 INTERVENING SPACES.
 2. MEANS OF EGRESS ARE NOT PROHIBITED THROUGH
 STOCKROOMS IN GROUP M OCCUPANCIES WHEN ALL OF THE
 FOLLOWING ARE MET:
 2.1. THE STOCK IS OF THE SAME HAZARD CLASSIFICATION AS
 THAT FOUND IN THE MAIN RETAIL AREA;
 2.2. NOT MORE THAN 50 PERCENT OF THE EXIT ACCESS IS
 THROUGH THE STOCKROOM;

 BUILDING ZONES 1-5. THE CHART DOES NOT INDICATE IF THE
 PRESSURES ARE IN VULT OR VASD, NEED THE MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT, NOR DO THEY PROVIDE THE TRIBUTARY AREA THEY ARE
 CALCULATED FOR, NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION. 107.2.1.3.
  
 6A) SHEET S-1 DETAIL A-5 PROVIDES A NEW A/C CURB CUT
 AND INSTALLATION OF CURB AND ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF
 FRAMING SYSTEM BUT NOT THE CURB TO THE UNIT ITSELF. THE
 MECHANICAL SHEET M4 DETAIL C4 PROVIDES A DETAIL AND Z
 CLIP (2) PER LONG SIDE WITH ANCHORS BUT THE DETAIL DOES
 NOT INDICATE THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA IT WAS DESIGNED
 FOR. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-B 2014 FBC-B
 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL MEMBERS AND
 THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY METHODS OF
 STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT EQUILIBRIUM,
 GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY AND BOTH
 SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES. EVERY
 STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE OVERTURNING
 EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES SPECIFIED IN THIS

 6B) WELDED OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR IS
 REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS &
 WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED STANDARDS AT TIME OF
 INSPECTION.

 2014 FBC-B 2204.2 BOLTING.
  
 7) IMPACT FEES. BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561)233-5025 FOR MORE

 8) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
