 1- IMPACT FEES:
 BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES
 MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. UPON APPROVAL, ONE
 SET OF PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED OUT AND SUBMITTED TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY FOR AN IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH
 THE IMPACT FEE STAMP AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE
 THE BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED. FOR INFORMATION CALL
 PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEES AT (561) 233-5025.
  
 2- GENERAL CONTRACTOR CAN NOT DO THE METAL ROOFING.
 SEC. 489.113(3) FLORIDA STATUTE. GENERAL CONTRACTOR
 NEEDS TO SUBCONTRACT THE METAL ROOFING WORK TO A
 LICENSED ROOFING CONTRACTOR. SEPARATE ROOFING PERMIT
 APPLICATION NEEDS TO BE FILL UP BY THE LICENSED ROOFING
 CONTRACTOR.

 FRAMING MEMBERS AND FASTENERS.
 RESPONSE TO DETAIL 9/A2.2 SUBMITTED: DON'T CITE ANY
 SECTIONS OR TABLE FROM THE CODE. DESIGNER OF RECORD IS
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF THE GABLE END.
 CLEARLY SPECIFY ALL CONNECTORS. SPECIFY ALL GABLE END
 BRACING MEMBERS NAIL SIZE AND NUMBER. NOTE: ROOF
 SHEATHING NAILS NEED TO BE 8D RING SHANK. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.

 ASCE 7-16. REVISE AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 46

 SPECIFY MULLION SIZE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES. AND, PROVIDE LEGIBLE
 DRAWINGS. PLEAS PRINT THEM IN LANDSCAPE FORMAT SO
 DRAWINGS ARE MORE LEGIBLE.
  
 E) BALCONY UNDERLAYMENT SPECIFIED ON PLANS. NOTE: NEED
 PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT IS DESIGNED TO RECEIVE TILE AS
 SPECIFIED ON PLANS. CLEARLY IDENTIFY SPECIFIC ASSEMBLY
 TO BE USED. IF SELECTED ASSEMBLY DOESN'T MEET THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES FOR ALL ZONES, THEN SIGNED AND SEALED
 RAS 117 CALCULATIONS WILL BE REQUIRED.
 RESPONSE: KEMPEROL MEMBRANE WATERPROOFING SYSTEM
 SUBMITTED IS FOR CONCRETE DECKS. THIS IS A WOOD DECK.
 PROVIDE PROPER PRODUCT APPROVAL. AND IDENTIFY SELECTED
 ASSEMBLY AS REQUESTED ABOVE.
  
 11- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO APPROVE ABOVE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 NOTE: PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S CUT SHEETS FOR SECOND
 FLOOR EGRESS WINDOWS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH ALL MIN.
 OPENING REQUIREMENTS. SOME WINDOWS DEPENDING ON THE
 SPECIFIC MODEL DON'T COMPLY WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS.
 THIS WILL AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
