 1. SOILS REPORT - PROVIDE SITE PLAN INDICATING THE
 LOCATION OF BORINGS.
 2. SOILS REPORT TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY STATE OF
 FLORIDA LICENSED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER.
 FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE PREPARED BY A
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WHERE REQUIRED BY
 CHAPTER 471, FLORIDA STATUTES& 61G15 FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OR CHAPTER 481, FLORIDA STATUTES&
 61G1 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
  
 3. BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES, REQUIRED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY, SHALL BE PAID.
 UPON FINAL APPROVAL OF PLANS, ONE SET OF PLANS SHALL BE
 SIGNED OUT AND SUBMITTED TO PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR AN
 IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH THE IMPACT FEE STAMP
 AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT MUST BE RETURNED TO THE
 CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THE BUILDING PERMIT CAN
 BE ISSUED. FOR INFORMATION CALL PALM BEACH COUNTY
 IMPACT FEES AT (561) 233-5025.
  
 4. DESIGN PROFESSIONALS SIGNATURE AND SEAL ON PLANS ARE
 PHOTOCOPIED.
 FBC 107.2.1 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO
 SECTION 107.3.5) AND F.S. 481.229.
  
 5. NEW CONSTRUCTION NOTES ON PLAN PAGE A-301 SPECIFIES
 STRUCTURE AS AN R-2. THIS IS A SINGLE FAMILY
 RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE AND SHOULD BE CLASSIFIED AS AN
 R-3. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 6. IDENTIFY LOCATION OF ATTIC ACCESSES ON PLANS.
  
 7. ENERGY SUBMITTAL - THE SUBMITTAL HAS NUMEROUS
 ERRONEOUS VALUES.
 7A. ITEM #8 - NO R- VALUE GIVEN FOR FLOOR AREA BETWEEN
 1ST AND 2ND FLOORS.
 7B. ROOFING MATERIAL INDICATES THE INSTALLATION OF
 BARREL TILE. SUBMITTED PLANS SPECIFY METAL ROOF. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
 7C. THE VENT RATIO STATED ON PAGE 2 OF 5 STATES A RATIO
 OF 1/300. TYPICAL VENT RATIO IS 1/150. PLEASE CLARIFY.
 7D. BUILDER NAME IS MISSING ON COVER PAGE.
 7E. PLEASE RE-VISIT THE VALUES FOR CEILINGS, WALLS,
 DOORS AND WINDOWS ON PAGE 3 OF 5.
  
 8. STUCCO THICKNESS ON WALL SECTIONS INDICATES 5/8"
 THICKNESS. STUCCO REQUIREMENT IS 7/8" THICK IN THESE
 AREAS PER TABLE R702.1 (1). PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. PLEASE, ADDITIONALLY, INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO SUBMITTAL AND LEAVE THE PREVIOUSLY
 REVIEWED SHEETS DETACHED AND MARK VOID.
