 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) CLEARLY SHOW THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE
 SHORTEST POINT OF THE BUILDING TO THE PROPERTY LINES
 (I.E. FRONT, INTERIOR SIDE, CORNER SIDE AND REAR) IN
 THE SITE PLAN (SHEET S.P). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 DIMENSIONS SHOULD BE CONSISTENT WITH THE PROPOSED
 BUILDING SETBACKS PROVIDED IN THE SIGNED AND SEALED
 SURVEY.
  
 2.) PLEASE SHOW SETBACK DISTANCE FROM THE PROPOSED A/C
 UNIT PAD TO THE SIDE CORNER PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE PAD CANNOT ENCROACH MORE THAN 4 FT. INTO A
 REQUIRED SETBACK. [ZLDR S.94-305(A)(4)]
  
 3.) CLEARLY SHOW THE DIMENSIONS OF THE DRIVEWAY ON THE
 SITE PLAN. THE DRIVEWAY SHALL NOT EXCEED 20 FT. IN
 WIDTH. [ZLDR S.94-312(1)]
  
 4.) 1,000 SQ. FT. OR 75 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED FRONT
 YARD (THE AREA OF THE FIRST 25 FT. FROM THE FRONT
 PROPERTY LINE, SHELLEY ROAD N.) SHALL BE LANDSCAPED
 WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (I.E. GRASS, GROUND COVER,
 SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES). PLEASE PROVIDE
 DIMENSIONS AND CALCULATIONS IN THE SITE PLAN TO
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE. [ZLDR S.94-482]
  
 5.) CLEARLY SHOW SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE SHORTEST
 POINT OF THE DRIVEWAY TO THE SIDE CORNER PROPERTY LINE.
 THE DRIVEWAY MUST BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 5 FT. FROM
