 CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF THE
 BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2
 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 3) ON SHEET S.1, UNDER DESIGN CRITERIA LETTER (D) THE
 LAST ZONE SHOULD BE NUMBER 5, NOT 3. FBC-R FIGURE

 OUTSWING FRONT DOOR WITH ONE SIDELIGHT. THE ONE
 SUBMITTED (JELD-WEN, FL 11136-R5) IS FOR A SINGLE DOOR
 WITH NO SIDELIGHTS. PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD.
  
 8) FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION SECTION R103.1.1 REQUIRES
 THE OWNER/AGENT TO SIGN AND DATE ENERGY FORM R405-2014.
  
 9) THE ENERGY FORM R405-2014, CONTAINS SOME ERRORS. THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF CONDITIONED SPACE SHOULD BE 2163. THE
 NUMBER OF BEDROOMS IS 4. THE ADDRESS OF THE PROJECT IS
