 1.) FLOOR PLAN AND SITE PLAN MUST DEMONSTRATE THAT THE
 DISTILLERY COMPONENT IS GREATER THAN 65 PERCENT OF THE
 OVERALL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE FACILITY IN ORDER TO
 LOCATE AT THE SUBJECT LOCATION. PLEASE PROVIDE
 CALCULATIONS. [REPEAT COMMENT FROM 9/26/2017]
  
 2.) CALCULATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
 EXISTING AND PROPOSED: LOT COVERAGE, IMPERVIOUS
 SURFACE, FLOOR AREA RATIO, ETC., MUST BE PROVIDED IN
 THE SITE PLAN TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS OF THE INDUSTRIAL (I) ZONING
 DISTRICT.
  
 3.) PLEASE ENSURE ALL PLANS WITHIN THE PERMIT SET HAVE
 BEEN MODIFIED TO MATCH. SOME SHEETS (I.E. SHEET G-1)
 STILL SHOWS THAT CATWALK THAT WAS REMOVED IN THE LATEST
 REVISION.
