 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) AN UPDATED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY IS REQUIRED.
  
 2.) PLANS INDICATE ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE WILL BE
 ADDED TO THE EXISTING BUILDING. HOW MUCH SQUARE FOOTAGE
 IS BEING ADDED? PLEASE NOTE THAT ADDITIONS GREATER THAN
 1,000 SQ. FT. (INCLUDING MEZZANINE/CATWALK AREA) WILL
 REQUIRE AN INFORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW THROUGH THE
 PLANNING DIVISION PRIOR TO BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 3.) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN OF THE PROPERTY. BUILDING
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS TO THE NEW BUILDING ADDITION AND NEW
 STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY WILL BE REQUIRED ON THE SITE
 PLAN.
  
 4.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($310,000.00) EXCEEDS
 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($578,777.00) ACCORDING TO
 THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE,
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 5.) FLOOR PLAN MUST DEMONSTRATE THAT THE DISTILLERY
 COMPONENT IS GREATER THAN 65 PERCENT OF THE OVERALL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE FACILITY IN ORDER TO LOCATE AT
 THE SUBJECT LOCATION. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS.
  
 6.) SHOW ALL DIMENSIONS IN THE PROPOSED ELEVATIONS.
