 CLEAR, SEE OTHER COMMENT REGARDING LOWEST AND NEXT
 FLOOR); COMPLIANCE FOR MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT NOT CLEAR.
  
 2. S1 DEPICTS TWO SEPARATE BUILDINGS CONNECTED WITH A
 COMMON WALL, BOTH LABELED AS "EXISTING ONE STORY
 BUILDING". THEY APPEAR TO BE ONE BUILDING, STRUCTURALLY
 CONNECTED. IF THEY ARE TWO BUILDINGS, REVISE PLAN TO
 STATE HOW THIS HAS BEEN DETERMINED. IF THEY ARE ONE
