 5. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE REQUIRED PER SECTION 94-315.
 PLEASE SHOW PROPOSED LOCATION IN PARKING LOT DETAIL.
 PLEASE PROVIDE ENCLOSURE DETAILS MEETING CODE
 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING LANDSCAPING.
  
 PERMIT TYPE CHANGE- NO LONGER JUST RENOVATION, BUT
 EXPANSION. NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR PARKING LOT TRIGGERED:
  
 1. PARKING LOT SHALL BE BROUGHT INTOCOMPLIANCE WITH
 CURRENT CODE INCLUDING LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS AND
 STRIPING DETAIL.
 PARKING REGULATIONS INCLUDING SPACE SIZE REQUIREMENTS,
 AISLE WIDTH REQUIREMENTS, AND STRIPING DETAIL CAN BE
 FOUND IN ARTICLE XV OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS FOR PARKING LOTS: SECTION 94-113
 LOTS SHALL MEET THE MINIMUM GROUND FLOOR SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS OF SUBDISTRICT. A FIVE-FOOT LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ADDITION TO THE GROUND
 FLOOR SETBACK THAT SHALL BE COMPRISED OF A HEDGE
 PLANTED AT 2-3' INTERVALS AND MAINTAINED AT A MAX
 HEIGHT OF 36 INCHES AT MATURITY. SHADE TREES SHALL BE
 PLANTED AT 30-FOOT INTERVALS. A FIVE-FOOT LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER SHALL ALSO BE PROVIDED MEETING THESE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ENTIRE PERIMETER OF THE SURFACE
 LOT.
  
 EACH ROW OF PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY
 LANDSCAPED ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH
 AND NOT LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING
 STALL. THE LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM
 RADIUS OF TWO AND ONE-HALF FEET AT ITS END. SHALL
 CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE.
  
 INTERIOR ISLANDS. ONE INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL
 BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY TEN PARKING SPACES OR FRACTION
 THEREOF. INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHALL BE AT LEAST
 FIVE FEET WIDE AND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREE.
